Quote tags not formatting correctly

I'm not sure if it's the G&T Mass Effect thread's fault or no, but we've been having problems with BBCode not formating posts, mostly it was happening to @BrocksMullet but after editing a post it happened to me as well.

    The html for the comments in question doesn't have <blockquote class="UserQuote"> tags around the quoted text, and when I click the quote button I get the notification "The quote had to be converted from to BBCode. Some formatting may have been lost." (sic)

    Don't know if this helps, but the formatting seems to be breaking after we edit a post. The original post is fine, then we edit and the formatting goes away.
