I'm pretty psyched that Tiger is physical, and he can run a little faster. Although it's pretty funny that people are complaining about the removal of the resistance increase, when it was largely considered pointless when they added it. And a Tiger/Turtle crit build sounds funny.

Its a nerf. Less speed duration on bear, reduced stats for defense and offense. New pheonix will likely increase his jungle clear speeds. No more mana regeneration on a character who has to stance dance and the stances aren't cheap.
Basically, the death of topdyr.

Maybe, but since top Udyr only works because of sustain they probably don't like it anyway. :P

If you're losing as an ADC but winning your lane then Its more likely item timing and ADC picking. If you're losing your lane for reasons other than CS its likely early item purchases or masteries.
I say the first because i have played in many games where the ADC wins lane and then is ineffective within the team because their timing does not mesh with the rest of the team.
People will pick Ezreal for instance, when the high damage junglers have been banned out and get paired with a support mid and support jungler and support top and then they crush their lane and lose the game. They lose the game because the rest of their team has no early game presence, their team is build around supporting their DPS which is Ezreal... who is bad at doing late game deeps (really really bad base AS, early game itemization almost required).
That or they will build their ADC regardless of what their team is. If their team has an earlier timing than the enemy, but they're a "late game ADC" they'll build lategame builds and play passive instead of taking towers. This is because they're "Tristana and tristana is a lategame carry"... ignoring the fact that the other team has malphite and Kog'Maw and Kog is a later game carry
If you're losing your lane then 13/14/3 is probably right for you, or 17/13 or something similar. If you're not then you can move to a more offensive setup so that you do more DEEPS later. But be warned that you may be giving up that crucial early game fight which you need in order to win the lane and carry early for your early game team.

I don't know. I CS really well, I either easily keep up with the other ADC or I out CS the other ADC. I just don't seem to do enough damage during laning phase or I get bullied far more than I can bully back. An MF/Thresh at bot was harassing me more than I could harass as Cait with a Leona. I also always rush a BT on any ADC I play, generally going back when I can afford a BF Sword and a Vamp scepter which doesn't take all that long.
I don't know, I know I am definitely doing something wrong and I did switch to 13/14/3 because I was having the same problem with 21/9/0. I just seem to be able to harass less now with 13/14/3 and I don't really feel it is helping my survivability.

just barely won a game that my team tried to throw over and over again by not buying magic resist and standing in the middle of fiddles ults
But i was 26-6-20 as Kassadin and I had never done a full build on him before so it was kind of hilarious.

haha being in gold 5 is kind of liberating
i kind of dont care that much about the games anymore in a way that i'd be incredibly mad if i lost
i still won 2 but still it was a very relaxed way of winning
next time i have a week of free time im going to try to go for atleast gold 2, maybe plat if i can inflate my ego high enough

People in LoL are so fucking stupid. Hell yea, lets do baron while the entire enemy team is up and we didn't check to clear wards. Brilliant idea. I did my best to keep the ADC out of the fight and they lost a 4v2 since I kept MF and Soraka from actually joining the fight. I told them not to do it. Trynd was at bot pushing the lane but his teleport was up so it could have easily turned into a 5v5 with him cleaning us up but no.
Also the moron who suggested baron is a bronze player. Why do I keep getting grouped with bronze players when I'm silver?

Because league isn't what does matchmaking. League is just a metric for people to get a sense of progression.
I'm pretty tired of people in LoL thinking league actually means anything. Because it doesn't. Some people are better then their league but have troubles with promotions. Others are way worse then their league but got carried hard in their placements and now they can't really go down.
I guess thats the one thing I miss about ELO.

It should but...it really doesn't. It's just smoke and mirrors propped up because it looks way fancier and cooler and gives a better sense of 'accomplishment' then just flat elo did. Comparatively, saying oh that guy is in diamond d2 of Jarvan IV's Elite (hhh man that's a really cool name) while that guy is diamond d4 in Anivia's Airstrike is a lot cooler then saying oh im 2300 elo and he's 2100. If your getting put with people who entertain ideas like that then your MMR (is that the right word? someone correct me if it's not) which is your 'hidden elo' or 'real elo' is much lower then what your comparative league would be. You have to win a lot to get out of it. (Also if any of this is wrong please correct me but this is what I gathered)

I'm pretty sure I'm doomed to stay in silver forever. I'm something like 24 wins and 32 losses now. It annoys me because I had a steady 1450 something ELO in season 2 and I had more wins than loses and suddenly I'm just losing left and right.
I also started this season decently. Went 6-4 in placement and then got up to 18-9, got to my promotion, lost both of them and now it has just been a steady streak of losses. Can't even get close to another promotion. I think the highest LP I've gotten since my promotion is 61.

the league system is a stopgap so you cant go on losing streaks into the depths of hell. Maybe you are tilting so you cant win some of the winnable games.
First step is to stop caring about winning.
Second is to only care about your personal performance, as its the only thing you can change.

That is basically exactly what I do. I just can't stand it when people make these horrific mistakes that they should know not to do by level 30. Baron with the entire enemy team up, no wards in their jungle to know if they are coming and not doing any kind of clearing of wards in case the enemy team warded baron. It was like the dude purposefully threw the game. It blows my mind that people do this stuff still.
I also have no idea what tilting is. Unless I am some how playing pinball and not LoL.

I play in color blind mode and see the poison trail just fine. Might want to give that a try. If not then you might be able to download a custom skin that will show the poison trail clearly.

I felt bad for the Khazix. He won his lane about as hard as he could have and still lost.
It was pretty great when his ghost took off like a third of Graves' hp with one auto attack though.
