The Guiding Principles and New Rules document is now in effect.
Netflix finally added cartoon network shows. And they have MOST of the good ones.
So far I've added Johnny Bravo, Courage, Powerpuffs, and Dexter's Lab all to my instant queue.
It's fantastic being able to watch all these shows again.
I watched the episode of dexter where he is in Japan. I watched the episode of courage with the happy plums.
So far my favorite though was the episode of Johnny Bravo with the scooby gang, suprisingly the jokes held up really really well.
So I figured I'd post a thread where we can discuss our favorite nostalgic Cartoons. Because I'm sure a lot of you grew up with these cartoons as well.
the only problem is that they only have one season of adventure time, but it's still a huge get, I've been watching brave and the bold today.
I imagine it's due to the DVD not being out until June of this year. Tv networks and media companies still use a pretty draconian window system for streaming rights.

Actually almost all of them only have one or two seasons up. It's a little bit of a bummer, not gonna lie. But I'm excited for Adventure Time, I always forget to watch it live.

i think the real fucking question is
where are superjail, cow and chicken and sealab? fuh real.
@Langly I know, but it's odd with the WiiU, I feel like it doesn't show them all because i've seen stuff on the website under 'new releases' that aren't being shown to me on the console.

that is awesome
Do... you work at netflix?
apparently so!
Thrilling!
perhaps I shall change it to "Most of the Good ones."
At least I've got two seasons on DVD

Hot damn, I've missed that show.
"NEW AWESOME THINGS THAT I NEED RIGHT NOW!"
wouldn't have even noticed venture brothers time was on scrolling through the new releases.
anyway, this is basically the best news.

Ryan if you are responsible for this, expect a special surprise at PAX.
Twitter Steam
but he probably deserves a special surprise anyway
They really should have shows tagged with terms that bring them up when you search for them.
As it is, if you look up cartoon network, you'll only find listings that contain "Cartoon Network" in the full title.
This is the best birthday ever.

I don't see any new cartoon network stuff in there. At all.
It is flat out BULLSHIT that Samurai Jack didn't get a final episode. They should have made a movie.
But I think he got sidetracked working on Clone Wars, and eventually Iron Man.
I guess that just ended up getting shelved. Damn shame.
