issues with the mobile site

Things worked great until about a month ago. The mobile site loaded very slowly, even with Wi-Fi or 4G. Also when it did load our things in Odd waves and text would appear blurry and hard to read. I chocked this up to my crappy old phone, but i got a new one and it's still happening. I thought maybe it's an android thing so I tested my roommates iphone. Same issues.

edit: just checked, my wife's iphone4 and her workphone 4S also have no problems.
in fact it might have made it worse because now the posting text field has crazy behavior

I was getting total screen lockups and bad blurry rendering but it was still recording my panicked taps, which earned me an infraction
The problems i had yesterday with erratic text entry also seem to be gone
