Back from PAX East and I've everything I want except the Chainsawsuit pin. I have for trade Gabe (2012), Jim Darkmagic, Omin Dran and Binwin Bronzebottom.
I recently bought a Tiamat from eBay. It was apparently given out to D&D employees for Xmas last year, and had an additional card backing to show this:
Long story short, I m super happy with my pin, but thought the additional backing card might be of interest to a completionist collector, or collector of Pinny Arcade ephemera on top of the pins themselves. I'd be willing to trade the card for literally any pin I don't already have, if interested, send me a PM! Not really sure that it is particularly worth anything, it is probably a little rare, but also of less interest to the average collector.
Also, worth sharing the picture here as I haven't seen one of these pop up in the forum before, so hope you guys get a kick out of it. :-)

Pax East 2015 was my first ever PAX and I bought the pin set from the Merch booth only really wanting the Logo pin. Figured I'd offer up the other three (cat-with-coffee, dude-with-map, guy-with-camera as I've been ignorantly calling them). I have no idea what they're worth or if they're even worth anything without the 2015 logo pin but I thought this would be a good place to start.

Psst psst, I picked up a couple of spare East Polys if anyone has a spare South Poly, or the holy grail of a spare 10th Anniversay East/Prime Shield. I also have a spare Longbear Honey Hug and a couple of other things, all of which will just be taken to Aus and dispersed into the world if nobody's interested (which is totally understandable).
