oh god i had to play ad carry in soloqueue
i have no idea why im so bad at ad carry i think even if i practiced it a lot i would still be bad
like, i'll honestly do support over ad carry but our last pick was like begging not to ad so i just picked varus and went w/e
god
mechanics are too hard man i'll stick with top lane
I think Jungle Janna is probably made pretty obsolete by Jungle Lulu in current jungle but at least Jungle Lulu : (
I did jungle singed the other day. Had a RoA at 16 minutes, which isn't bad even in top lane. I was really impressed by his ganks. With a taric support first blood was easy in the bottom lane and vayne did really well from there.
Our top lane was a complete ass hat, somehow we won.
My most frustratin role in soloq is jungler, by a long shot. I know a jungler is supposed to gank and help lanes, but if all lanes start feeding the enemy since level 2 an underfed jungler is not going to fix your clusterfuck.
I need to expand beyond playing Sona, Janna, and Nami support.
But I really don't want to do anything but play support and drop wards.
Perhaps a group of four people who HATE playing support exists. And they could be all "We need someone who just wants to play support and drop wards." And I could be all "I love dropping wards!"
And then I'd be sooo happy.
I play probably 50% support because other players seem to hate it
The one thing I was thinking of yesterday, is that Dignitas also started losing games to team they shouldn't be losing to, and all the Curse haters would be happy, but didn't take notice that Dignitas was in the same situation. Entirely possible that both teams gamed the system, and just made it look -really- convincing. Although I don't see why Dignitas would do that to CLG or anyone for that matter. Conspiracy theories are fun. Jiji just sounds jealous and upset that Team Bench did so much better by a wide margin, then complains that because they're second and they think they can beat them, they lost on purpose so TSM would roll them. Also telling Vulcun they don't want to win it all because they think they aren't good enough is just arrogance.
EDIT Is that link a repost form somewhere else, or from Jiji on his facebook, it's hard to tell.
Syndra/Thresh is a surprisingly brutal lane. Starting at level 2 they can stun you for 3 seconds in a row, and move you almost half a lane between them. As well Thresh can use lantern to quickly reposition syndra for an ideal stun combo, so they control a huge amount of space.
I like Syndra so much. If they initiate with a gap closer, heir jungler pretty much has to blow flash/ghost to try to gank me after I stun and knock 'em the fuck back.
One day they might finally remove random chance from both phage and crit.
If they remove the random chance of crit, they might as well remove it as a stat. It will just be a different way of saying attack damage. Phage... yeah, it'd be nice if that were dependable. Like every 3rd hit or something.

I would be perfectly fine with crit chance being turned into an autoattack modifier or an on X hit proc, something everyone involved can predict and play around instead of the guy with the 1 red crit chance rune getting two lucky procs in a fight and winning because of it or that bruiser with only a youmuu's 15% getting a string of crits.
they invaded and got first blood on me. at one point I think their ezreal was up 10/0 and I had 1 kill. Bot was pushed all the way to their second tower. Vayne and Lulu were ready to surrender and jungle had given up hope because he was so under leveled from being counter jungled. But then.
lux walks into a bar.
there were no survivors
edit: that pantheon really helped save the day too
Warcraft 3 style pseudorandom where it has an increasing chance to proc if you have a string of misses, which makes that 1% crit chance red rune really silly.
oh no, they played unconventional picks. clearly they weren't trying to win and should be punished.
If they were throwing on purpose they really should be punished.
As long as they weren't being paid for throwing, it's every teams right to throw a game. Look at the last games of any football or baseball season, when they bench the starters and play other people. Also, Curse has been slumping super-hard.

Myeah, depends on the background for the throwing. If it affects other teams though, that's when it should have consequenses. And well, if they are earning money on it somehow then it's a huge problem. Not sure if LoL has an established gambling scene though, then it could become a real issue.

The thing is, how do you define throwing? Any pro team could throw by playing well, then losing a baron fight or two.

Any kind of losing on purpose, it takes some careful analysis of the games involved, and a longer trend. It happened in korean starcraft a few years back, and basically they had a bunch of games where it was painfully obvious something was going on. Involved some serious money as well, some people ended up with prison sentences.

also in that game above. . .can you guess which two of my teammates talked the most trash to the other team?
My guess would be Lulu and Vayne.
Winner!
i just do not get this community at large. for a second I wanted to point out what they were doing but thought better of it and let them have their moment.

They really don't give a monkey, do they? Wow, that was pretty sick.
