I was wondering if the coordinators at PAX have considered live remote viewing of panels and and shows? I would happily pay a subscription fee even. For those of us who were unable to get lucky enough to get passes (i missed out because I work overnights and was sleeping while this whole thing went down). I will sadly miss seattle and the thrill of being at the event in person (not to mention the swag), but it would be awesome if I could remotely watch the panels, shows and competitions as they happen. It would be a nice consolation to being there live.
The early bird catches the worm, but the late rising worm lives. 8-)
Normally I would merge this into the FAQ, but I'll leave it here for now since I think it will help many others.
Yes they already do this. It started at PAX East 2012 I believe and has increased in size each pax thereafter. Not sure what *all* will be streamed, but many things have been recently, and I'm sure many new things will be in the future.
Probably not, because they want to sell DVDs later for $30 a pop.

They haven't sold DVDs since '09 or '10 and G+T have said multiple times that they probably aren't going to be making any more of those. On the other hand, there's been streaming via TwitchTV since at least East '12. Wonder which one is more likely to happen this goaround...
