It's been nuts here for the past few days. Earlier in the week it felt like October, with cold wind and freezing rain almost every day. On Wednesday night there was a thunderstorm, and then yesterday it was clear and sunny and felt like summer until late in the afternoon when suddenly another thunderstorm rolled in. This morning it's back to cold rain and wind.

Aside from the last two days of March being a crazy warm (for Portland) high of 77, it's been a pretty typical spring with a mix of sun, rain, hail, and intermittently cool/warm weather. I like the mix though. Keeps things interesting.
This spring in SC has mostly been really cold, which is weird after a really warm beginning of the year. Now it seems more normal: eighty degree days followed by thunderstorms and cooler days. More rain than usual, maybe.

It just won't atop snowing. 2 weeks ago I was down to just a little pile in the yard and now there is over a foot of snow everywhere.
We got like a quarter inch of freezing rain the other day. Then it all melted off. Then for the last few days it's been drizzly and just above freezing. But like 3 weeks before it was nearly 80.
We got up to nearly 70 yesterday here in Southwest Michigan, with some strong thunderstorms and lots of rain. We even had a tornado watch for a few hours.
Today it's barely over 40 and there are occasional snow flurries in the air.
WEATHREAD. It's really weird in Ontario right now. Last Friday, we had freezing rain and snow that set a record for actually happening so late into April. Today we're hitting a high of 22°C! (But with scattered showers, unfortunately.)
I'm super excited; I've missed running outside for a long time, and I've had some pretty solid runs all week long. I'm really looking forward to wearing summer dresses again!
You should totally come to Canada during the winter sometime! Most major cities have big festivals for the winter around January/February. There's something amazing about skating downtown with a hot chocolate in hand and snow drifting from the sky...
It's less fun like 3 months into the season, having a snow storm that people seem to forget how to drive in and causing your half hour commute to turn into an hour and a half. Winter is great until Christmas comes and goes, and then everyone does their best to wish the cold weather away.

Yesterday was rainy, windy, and about 40-50 degrees most of the day except late afternoon.
Sleet and snow yesterday.
Goddamn Midwestern weather.

The wet season sucks because hot rain is the worst thing.
