Why did I sign up to recieve alerts about PAX and then NOT RECIEVE ALERTS ABOUT PAX?

It was my understanding I would be sent an e-mail telling me when PAX badges would be sold, so I didn't keep checking the site. Now I find out PAX is sold out, and sold out quickly, so I didn't even have a chance. Pretty annoyed by this...maybe I wouldn't have gotten badges anyways, but if I sign up for alerts, I should be sent the information.

    There hasn't been an email notification about PAX Badges for ages. Not sure what you're talking about.
