Alright here's the first I've found.

Udon is bringing a Persona 4: Arena artbook to PAX as well as Comicon.

I'll have to find the source video/blog that I saw this in but Naoki Yoshida (Square Enix, FFXIV) said that he would be at PAX Prime. I'm pretty sure it was in response to questions about him coming to East 13. Since the FFXIV beta was/is going on he couldn't make it to East but would be there for Prime. Once I find the original announcement I'll update here. :)

    Chris Roberts/Star Citizen:
So I feel like we’re progressing at well toward the dogfighting alpha that we want to have at the end of the year, and we’re also progressing pretty well toward the hangar module, which is the one where you can walk around in-engine, which we’re planning to release in August at Gamescom and PAX Prime. You’ll be able to see the ships you’ve backed and get inside of them, invite some friends to your hangar. There should be some level of customization at that point, where you can do some stuff to make your ship look cool, or be more unique, or even change out some of the equipment on it.
    Source: pcgamer.com/2013/04/10/star-citizen-chris-roberts-concept-art-screenshots/2/

There's also a special Star Citizen promo going on for the next couple of days. Details can be found here:

So, I've horribly neglected this as I've seen next to zero Prime announcements this year on the gaming sites I frequent. I don't trawl forums or social media that hard, so if anyone has anything they have found; post it here and I'll start updating the OP again!

yeah I did a bit of searching the other day for my favourite game devs but they're all being very hush hush about being at PAX...
In any case they should release the vendors list pretty soon I would imagine. Only 3 weeks to go!

hmmm just reading the PAX schedule and 2 main devs that are back (to no surprise) are Ubisoft (they have an Assassin's Creed panel) and Gearbox. They also have a panel and say right in it that they're back this year... not sure if that was surprising to anyone but figured I should mention it :-)

Made this morning while kids were running around so forgive any typos or errors. Comment on things you want added and if you want to contribute, PM me so I can give you edit access.

Currently incomplete, primarily in the Game Column, but hopefully will be of use to someone.

UPDATE: I added the Indie Mega Booth games to the Game column and am probably done editing for today.

So Guidebook is now out so not sure there's much point to this thread anymore...
We could change it to a Vendors discussion thread?

BTW, I was disappointed to not see Valve there at all :-(
    2nd year in a row.

I could still update with games companies are bringing, since Prime announcements from devs/pubs (outside of the Indie Megabooth) are still sorely lacking.

If Sega doesn't bring PSO2 with them there will be hell to pay.

The kids are disappointed no Mojang this year. I asked them what game they would bring. "Well, there's a game in beta." "Oh yeah? Which one?" "Scrolls." "That game has been in beta for years. Why would they spend a lot of money coming to PAX if they have nothing new to show us?" <crickets>

I think some of these will be in the WSCC too on the 2nd and 3rd floors.

Correct - all of them are on the WSCC 2nd and 3rd floors -- almost.
Ancient Wonders will be located with the Wizards of the Coast/Magic: the Gathering area on the WSCC Annex 1st Floor
Olympic Cards & Comics is the only vendor at the Olive 8.

But see for yourself -- Dya made a map! http://i.imgur.com/zdFn8Qe.png The 2F and 3F rooms are marked with what's in each room.

Their specific rooms for each Tabletop exhibitor/vendor will also be printed in the physical Program Book, and the World Map directories closest to Tabletop HQ will have what's in each room denoted..

I can't confirm if the Sheraton or Grand Hyatt have no vendors at all, but I haven't heard anything myself.
