Are you using the downloader or the torrent? The torrent worked pretty well for me.

Right now my biggest complaint is that I need more character slots, I just want to see how every class plays.

Theres a few things that bug me, animations are stiff, mouths are weird, Guild Wars 2 spoiled me by having their money shop as an in game window, oh and the loot. Maybe don't have it spill everywhere including places players can't get to?
