I'd say I took about 3 and a half hours, what with looking all over for secrets. I did not find one of the Plasmids though (spoilers just in case):
    Bucking bronco.

The new weapon they added was super silly and kinda useless, but fun to just run around with. Hehe.

Now, time for super-spoilers. You've been warned.
So I kinda automatically assumed something would happen to Booker since you play as Elizabeth in Part 2, but I did not forsee him actually being Alternate Universe Comstock at all. Man, way to go ahead and still catch me off guard even expecting some crazy twist.

    Can't wait for Part 2.

I combed everywhere and never found the bronco, I'm pretty confident I didn't miss anything unless it maybe it was in a pre-combat section? That's the only area that I wasn't super thorough about.

In the area near one of the vents that had electrified water on the ground. You had to ice the water and the bronco was there

    The ending really confused me

Aww crap I know exactly the area, Not sure why I didn't think to freeze the water.

The end confused me too, although that is partially because its been so long since I finished the base game that I remember the ending but not some of the minute details. It is interesting how they managed to tie in rapture with the infinite story, and man does it make me want to play part 2.

I should clarify on where exactly I am confused about the ending to the DLC (mega spoilers for the whole series)
I get that you are a particular version of Comstock that failed (and killed) to bring Anna over to the other side. In your grief, you then turn to the twins to plant you somewhere so your memories will be replaced by new ones - and they choose Rapture.

    Okay fine.

But I thought the entire point of Elizabeth drowning Booker at his baptism was to remove every single instance of Comstock that could ever be. Without giving Booker the choice, there could not be a timeline(s) where Comstock even exists.

So how in the hell are you Comstock?

Like my only theory is that
Hopping universes has made (at least one) instance of Comstock immune to causality. So now Elizabeth is universe hopping to "finish the job" so to speak.

The glare she gives you as her face was covered in your blood gave me chills. It also has me ponder if this will be enough for her, or if Comstock was right all along and she will end up fulfilling the prophecy of his. After all, he said he saw how it all ends.

The way I see it, one or more Comstocks managed to sneak through the cracks in a similar fashion to Infinite Elizabeth. Maybe universe-jumping somehow manages to screw with that sorta stuff, considering that yeah, Alternate Comstock and Infinite Elizabeth should not exist due to the drowning.

Perhaps we'll learn more from Elizabeth and the Luteces in Part 2.

I assume for the same reason Rapture uses the dollar and yet Columbia uses its own currency:

Yeah that's what I figure. Although since Elizabeth and the Luteces are basically paradox creating machines, I am fine with them continuing to exist because they seem to be beyond causality now.

I'm saying that Rapture, a city that refuses to conform to any nation, uses the dollar for it's currency

Whereas Columbia, a city that worships the founding fathers of America, uses their own currency

    It seems backwards to me

Columbia uses the Silver Eagle because they are better than America, and the true followers of the the Founding Fathers.

Rapture uses the Dollar because, I dunno, it's money that Ryan is familiar with and why fuck with that?

It could just be a Rapture Dollar. Lots of countries use dollars as their currency. Canadian Dollars are not the same as American dollars, for example.

    as a canadian, I agree.

I also like that version. why invent a new word for your primarily american english speaking colony's money, when you have a perfectly good word right there.

I had another thought concerning the DLC ending:
With Comstock in Rapture instead of in Columbia, that Columbia would have gone 17-something years without its "founding father," if we went by when Infinite would take place.

I'd be really interested in getting a peek at what became of that universe without Comstock in charge of Columbia.

    So uh.

I may or may not have realized they brought back the Weapon Wheel.

Coincidentally, I may or may not have only used the Carbine and Shotgun, was confused as to why I couldn't swap for other weapons on the ground, and ran out of ammo in the last fight.

Yeah I didn't realize what was going on there for a minute after I got the carbine. I ended up melee-killing a few dozen enemies since I was out of Adam and ammo until I figured out how to choose a different weapon combo.

    I definitely missed
the Radar Range (which looked like it was going to be a fun weapon) and Bucking Bronco somehow. I guess I'm going to have to go back and re-play it sometime.

No, that was an allegory. He was carrying Sarah's doll's head, and then the memory made him freak out, and so he dropped it and collapsed.

I went almost the entire DLC without realizing that. Why the fuck wouldn't they just let you scroll through all the weapons or at least explicitly tell you there's now a weapon wheel?

This alternate universes crap is stupid and terrible, it justifies all the nonsense and poorly thought out stuff in this DLC and makes Rapture into a superficial setting.

Quantum physics is quite easy to understand, but when applied to character driven video games it diminishes the emotional stakes and inherent weight of what's happening.
The idea of alternate dimensions is used for nothing more than a twist, and basically the same twist at the end of Infinite. If the Lutece's are just fucking around in all these different realities while Booker is a pawn playing out the same fate again and again, I kind of stop giving a shit. Make a new story. Bioshock 2's DLC was brilliant. This is not.
