When does the store usually update?
There's odd nights here and there (Mostly late ones of the odd updates), but for the most part, the US Store tends to update around 5-8 PM EST. And the PAL Store tends to update around 3 PM GMT.
Can I play all Minis on my PSP and PS3?
Most of them, yes, but not all of them. Tetris is probably the biggest example of this. (PSP-Only) It, like most things with PSN content is Developer-Reliant, so they have to make it work on both if they choose to do so.
What about PSOne Classics? What can I play them on?
Most of the PSOne Classics are compatible with PS3, PSP and Vita but it does vary with some games. The good news is that they're cross-platform, so any PS1 Classic you've bought can be played on any of your three systems, so long as they're compatible. You can also swap your saves between them.
Can I play PSOne games I have without buying them again?
Kind of. There is a PS3/PSP Connectivity function called Remote Play where you can play a PSOne Game from your PS3 on your PSP through the internet. It's not great, but it's workable. The PSOne game must be in the PS3 disk-tray to use Remote Play. Also note that some PSN games are also Remote Play compatible.
What about PS2 Classics?
Currently, PS2 Classics will only run on the PS3. The only downside is that you can't use your old PS2 saves, they're saved to a separate location.
What's "Cross-Buy"?
It's what Sony has labelled their 'buy one, get the other free' PS3/Vita game promotion. It works just as intended, you buy the game and get both the PS3 and Vita versions of it. Most of these games let you transfer your saves between both versions, so you can go back and forth between the two systems. Worth noting is that there are some retail games, such as Sly: Thieves in Time, where only the PS3 version is Cross-Buy. This is because the Vita versions are sold at a lower price at retail, so only the higher priced version (the PS3 one) has the added extras.
What's "Cross-Play"?
It's what Sony has labelled cross-platform online play between the PS3 and Vita. PS3 players can play online with Vita players and vice versa.

Yeah, I'm not either. Could have sworn I "declared" before. Perhaps it was in a game specific thread, I don't know.

Anyway, no release for Farm Simulator 2013 Vita here, which is pretty disappointing.
Also, going back to the conversation in the last thread, Ratchet & Clank: FFA is actually an ok game? When it came out I heard a lot of people unhappy with it. Maybe it was just that it wasn't the game everyone wanted (a true R&C installment). I guess I need to try the demo to see if it's worth $10. I love the series and have bought everything else (All4One from PSN+, but whatever)... if it's halfway decent I should probably pick up FFA too.
First things first, I'm listening to Blood Dragon's awesome title screen music while putting this post together.
Anyway, Hitman, Catherine & Malicious for Plus.
Blood Dragon & Soul Sacrifice for everyone else.
I think we've done alright this week people.
My purchases depend on a lot of things. First off, PS3 or Vita? The former I'll just go with the cheaper price but also factor in the ability to re-sell retail games that I don't end up liking (like Hitman: Absolution). For the Vita, I'll typically just go digital because it's a hell of a lot more convenient. It also doesn't hurt that SCEE have been pretty decent at having decent Vita sales.
As for FFA, yeah, it's pretty good. It's pretty short but for that price, an absolute bargain. Plus, if you get the PS3 version now, you'll get Ratchet: Deadlocked/Gladiator for free when it comes out.
No problem. I wanted it myself but again, no NZ release.
Friday, I think.
Hope it's not that leaked list since I have no desire for Sleeping Dogs.

I said it in the other thread, but I'm still up for posting the updates as I have been since I won't have to edit the OP. Doing that alone is easy enough.
It's gotten to the point that I feel I don't need any other game before the PS4 launches.
I mean, I totally want Last of Us and Beyond. But I feel once I get through those two I'll still be playing Dark Arisen.

Not to mention the new PS1 JRPG that he teased.
First time playing it? Cause I've got the same bug. My Dark Arisen copy doesn't arrive till tomorrow but I borrowed the original from a friend to get a head start. Easily the best game Capcom have released this gen.
Try it, it's free and it's rad
I literally cannot comprehend not being even a little curious about Sleeping Dogs. But then again, it was my GotY last year because the melee system is awesome and they handled gunplay really well. (Guns get you slow-mo time for being an action hero and vaulting over cover, but are temporary and generally unnecessary since you're gonna want to punch everything. Because it's awesome.)
First time, yes. There are still some things that irk me about the game, including the fact that it would look and run significantly better on PC (and I'm going to make such a stink when it eventually does hit PC).
But the game's got enough content and smartly-designed quests that it overshadows the flaws. I feel that many Japanese developers have ruined many of their games this gen in an attempt to "make them more Western", but whoever was in charge of Dragon's Dogma at least got it right.
I hate that it takes so long to start the game, though. At least 2 minutes once you sift through all the loading plus checking for downloadable content plus connecting to server plus more loading plus more checking for downloadable content then final loading.

So many good games out now, but not infinite amounts of cash. Just bought Soul Sacrifice. Want Dark Arisen but I already played (and still own) the first installment and can't justify the price. I need to remember that Capcom repackages everything. I love platform/adventure type games and Sly Cooper looks so good. Should probably grab all of that while it's on sale...
If Sleeping Dogs is coming to PS+ I really recommend trying it, even people on the fence about it. I've never played similar games like Grand Theft Auto, but Sleeping Dogs has a wonderful sandbox-y charm to it, and the characters and setting are a lot of fun.
Itsuno's the one really good designer Capcom have left so I'm not too surprised that he pulled this off, I just skipped the initial release because I knew Capcom would release an expansion a year later and that's exactly what they did.
And yeah, starting the game up sucks. Doubly so when the only way to have multiple saves is to quit out of the game and back it up. I'm in constant fear of moving too far forward in the story and cancelling some of my unfinished side quests. It's already happened once and I lost a couple of hours play going back to my PS+ save.
Oh and since I forgot to mention it before, thanks Mogs and Diarmuid for continuing to post the updates.
Yeah, the original game, DLC and new content. They didn't even add any new trophies, installing Dark Arisen changes the name of the current trophy list and that's it.
I'd love to be on the list:
Stormwatcher, Stormwatcher33, US, yes
Sleeping Dogs (PS3)
Pinball Arcade (PS3/Vita)
Knytt Underground (PS3/Vita)
BlazBlue (Vita)
There seem to be a consistent set of Vita fighters making their way to PS+, hopefully Mortal Kombat is next month's.

So excited.
i hope the PS+ pinball arcade thing includes a big sale on the dlc, because theres some stuff i wouldnt mind giving a shot there.
Can you do that thing where you sign into your EU account to download a Plus game and then play it on your US account? How does it handle stuff like trophies and instant game collection?
