Okay, so I did my every couple week check on PlayAsia to see if the game was in stock, and as always, Asian version is back ordered. What isn't back ordered though is the Korean version, which is also supposedly fully in English. The other big kicker is the damned thing is in stock at 30 bucks.
So I've never ordered from Play Asia before. What is their shipping like? And has anyone ordered the Korean version? Is it the same as the Asian version? No weird changes, or half of it actually in Korean or anything? Because at 30, I'm painfully tempted.
Woah, same with the Korean version of Aquanaut's Holiday. I'm even more tempted now to just grab them both.

The Korean version should be fine. 30 bucks, though? For both that and Aquanaut's? Dayum! I might have to order Aquanaut's at that price. I bought Hakuna Matata off eBay for 48 dollars total and it had arrive only a few days later, but that 30 dollar price tag looks tempting for the other game.

I've had 2 different experiences with them. First thing I ordered was FF7 Reunion Files, which is a book, and arrived on my doorstep 5 days after it was confirmed shipped. Awesome.
2nd thing I ordered was Advent Children Complete w/ FFXIII demo. Shipped out on April 15, didn't get to me till today, and I had to pay $20 duty on it where I didn't have to pay anything on Reunion files (but I'm pretty sure that's just Canada Post being douchebags so whatevs).
You shouldn't have any problems with them aside from a long wait, I think. I've never had or heard of anything from them getting lost or arriving damaged. Their shipping's pretty cheap. I think it was in the ballpark of $8 for both things I ordered
Thanks for the heads up. I just ordered the English/Korean version of Hakuna Matata and Aquanaut's Holiday. Total for both, including shipping, was $66.
I know it's not likely at all, but I thought I would ask. Any multi person safaris going on in the game? I had to pull the trigger for 30. Sounds like a brilliant break from the standard violent games floating around these days.
I think I asked before but I don't think I got an answer. Does the Korean/English version of Aquanaut's Holiday display its trophies in english?
I was thinking of buying Aquanaut's Holiday and Afrika off Play-Asia (US$30 each) but I'm really picky when it comes to stuff I'm going to see all the time (like having Korean in my trophy list).

I'm pretty sure it does show in moonspeak. Not sure if it differentiates between Japanese, Korean, or Chinese.
Are you in the UK? If so, where did you get yours from?
Being a UK resident myself, I got my copy from Renchi
They ship to the UK, or at least they did when I ordered.

e: Ordered. Thanks Kylogue
No worries.
Funnily enough, I received the game just before I went to Africa for work... Let me tell you Afrika is a much better experience. You don't have to take the unbearable hell-like heat and you'll get much clearer shots at the wildlife. Also, the wildlife will probably not consist of donkeys, goats, lizards and the occasional camel.

Purchased. You guys absolutely sold me on the game and I can't wait for it to arrive within a couple of weeks, hopefully. I bought the English/Korean one that Play-asia has reduced (for some reason) and is shipping within 1-5 days.
Now I'm debating about getting Aquanaut's Holiday with it, too. I read some reviews about there being some engrish and terribad translation in the game, that it doesn't sound quite so polished. AH can also be beat in about 10-12 hours of normal play, but of course there's all sorts of trophies and discovery which extends the post-game. I guess I'm trying to find out if I'm going to be just fine with this game on it's own, or would anyone else be able to highly recommend Aquanaut as well? Hopefully while Play-asia's deal on the game is still good.

Just get it, and just so everyone knows, the trophies are in english.
The only symbols in the game are the ones the singing fish blow out that correspond with each of the 4 trigger buttons.
There is some Engrish, but nothing game-breaking, more like a couple things got lost in the translation.
Also, concerning the trophies, I've played through the game and unlocked only a chunk of them.
Ha HA! My copy has shipped and should arrive in a week or two.
Got an email today confirming shipment of the Korean edition for me as well, along with the Korean Aquanaut's Holiday. Looking forward to both of them, especially since I suspect the wife will actually enjoy both.

They decided not to risk it after Lik-Sang got destroyed. Renchi and YesAsia still have it in, IIRC.
