Looking for the name of a horror movie *SOLVED*

Zombiemambo

The movie is about a couple who visit Japan. They get lost out near a small, remote village. When they go and ask for directions, they either can't find anyone or are told shit's about to go down, I can't recall. Anyway, eventually they are attacked by zombie-like creatures. They manage to avoid getting caught for most of the night, but the girl is kidnapped and taken to a cave. Her husband/boyfriend enters the cave to rescue her and it is suggested that they have both entered the underworld. He eventually finds her but it's too late and she has become one of the creatures. He escapes the cave and I believe the movie ends there.

Any ideas?

I'm usually not big on horror movies but for whatever reason I liked this one. I was theorizing it was kind of a retelling of the Izanagi/Izanami myth but with the gender roles opposite of what I remember now I'm not so sure.
