I'm also very excited about Korhal Sky Island LE. For those that aren't aware, it's a map with cross-only spawns that is laid out in such a way that the game plays out very differently depending on which cross positions you get.

2-7 spawns play out like a relatively normal modern map with a slightly distant third into a potentially well-defendable 4th and 5th into the other mains. 11-5 spawns play out very different where you nat/main has two ramps that can be blocked with destructible rocks. Also the nats in these positions are ridiculously susceptible to air attacks, favoring quick air and drop plays over longer macro games.

Klontas mire is probably my best map because people seem to fucking love cheese where there's a short rush distance and I have gotten quite good at dealing with it.

I can't believe I never realized the laptop has an hdmi out. thought it was too old. I have it set up as dual screen (like we have on our regular computer) with laptop as one, big screen as two. finally got the zoom setting correct so nothing is chopped. can do what I do upstairs (chat and watch) but the game is on the bigscreen
and with all the starcraft we have nowadays... I'm gonna probably just gain 500 pounds and melt into the couch. solid plan?

so WCS Korea s2 is called OSL
just a name change? different sponsor? or is the other network (I don't know the names but osl means ongamenet star league right?) gonna carry korean and gom carries english? because gom is already carrying the up and downs in english, AND gom is carrying the wcs s1 overall final but only in english (I believe)
anyone know for sure? I've been a little removed for a couple of days and suddenly they're calling it OSL

There are two competing leagues in korea, the GSL and the OSL. they ran side by side before WCS, but now that WCS is going on they take turns to host each season.

I hate this system because before there were TWO awesome 1v1 tournaments in Korea at the same time and now there is just one. Which is dumb. I know I lost one tournament to get two more (one in EU and AM) but really I don't care about those as much.

Yes, but that's not actually what he said. he said "100% times better". Typically people don't use a percentage with that phrase, but an actual number, so my guess is that was not his actual meaning.

The most interesting part of Korhal Island is that there are places on the ground only accessible by dropped units/colossus/etc.
