Don't feel too bad about the game. It's not like it's a marvel of scene and setting and story wrapped up in a mindbogglingly beautiful game with exceptional attention to detail in every location, with a likeable and interesting main character and a backstory that compels further exploration.

Then be sure to try their previous game, Turning Point: Fall of Liberty, which makes Legendary look like Bioshock Infinite, and is one of the worse cases of squandering a great premise in videogame history - As is Legendary, come to think of it.
RE: Gunpoint - I bought the game just on the premise, which is pretty freakin' rare for a cynical gamer like myself. Some glowing recommendations from this thread didn't hurt either, nor did the $8.99 price tag.
It may have to wait a bit for some other games I'm working on, but I definitely need to give it a go.

Gunpoint is really great. It's short, unfortunately, and the mechanics all really start to mesh well right when it ends which is kind of sad. Still, really great game, and I hope the level editor gets some attention from people way more creative than I am.
Was just coming to post this. Loved the game and it will look fantastic ( if a good port ) on PC.
Nice. I really enjoyed Lords of Shadow in the end, although I still prefer the style of earlier Castlevanias (both traditional and Metroidvania). I felt it started kind of slow, but got really into it about halfway through. Hopefully they give it a good port.
Cool, sold all of my card doubles last night by undercutting the lowest price on the market by 1 cent and made about $4.50. Still no foils, but I'll idle Borderlands 2 tonight.
Now I'm not sure if I want to buy some of the other cards in order to craft a badge....

But all you get by crafting badges is coupons, right? No chance for free games? I think it would ultimately be more profitable to sell cards.

Also I have a hankering for the Duel mode to get a stand alone Wii port. This will never happen but in my dream it is the perfect game and I will never need another for so long as I live.
Might anyone have tips for getting A pluses in Hotline Miami? The grading system seems completely arbitrary, I can complete a level absolutely perfectly a million times in a row, get all A minuses, and then totally screw it up and do an awful job, dying several times, and them randomly get an A+. Is there any kind of trick to it?

Otherwise you'll have to trade it with Russian spies or on TF2outpost.com or something.

I say it is a great game. It's definitely a case of style over substance, in that the action is a little flat, but the style more than makes up for it.
