I'm new to these forums, so I checked out the forum rules as my first stop. A certain section said to PM the mods with questions, but as I am new, I don't know who any of the mods are. If anyone would be so kind as to point me to one of them, I'd be quite grateful.

Each forum has its own moderator or set of moderators. You can find a list of each forum's moderator(s) if you scroll to the bottom of each forum's homepage.

Some moderators are more or less active than others. Make sure to see which ones have posted recently in a given subforum before sending a PM. For example, @heels and @moe fwacky in the pax section are fairly inactive these days

Also, although this isn't germane to your question, your sig appears to have HTML in it. That won't work on these forums. I'd suggest changing it to forum tags for links, like so (without the spaces in the brackets):
