New Zelda game is rad in case anyone was wondering
If you liked Link to the Past as a kid and love nostalgia, you will enjoy A Link Between Worlds
Oh man, I wanna play it soooo bad. I need to find a cheap 3DS, I've heard nothing but good things from just about everywhere from this game. And Link to the Past is probably my number 1 favorite game of all time.
OH, I just started Tell Tale Games' "The Wolf Among Us" and it is soooo freakin' good in the 40 minutes I've played so far. Would recommend, especially if you liked their Walking Dead Episodes.
It's some sort of tumor, but they won't know what type of cancer it is until they open me up. but the specialist said this type has a 99% cure rate! I'm everyone who deals with this sort of thing feels the same, but I really can't wait for this to be behind me.
I'm scheduled for surgery a week from Thursday. I'll be home that night and if it hasn't spread, I'll be done with it. I think I caught it early so I'm feeling pretty positive!
My god that pa position for sys admin/web and software development all wrapped up in one position is all kinds of serious exploitation.
Yeah, I get the feeling that it would be pretty cool to work in their offices. It seems like a really big work load but I'm pretty sure it would be a lot of fun to work in an office with people who actually create things that are interesting and fun. If they relocated the employee to the area then it would be pretty nice and I get the feeling that living in Spokane isn't exactly expensive.
So four hats, right? Why not four tech staff? The reality is that one highly motivated, highly skilled person can handle all of this. You do not need to be constantly working IT, or constantly managing servers or writing code. There’s a lot there, yes. This is a job that will keep one person fairly busy. Two people might find themselves spending a lot of time on /r/aww.
Non-competetive salary might be a better argument, but I suspect basically everyone at PA could make more money working somewhere else.
More money is most likely available elsewhere, but the job is going to appeal to those who want to work in the PA environment and might not care as much about their paycheck. I made about 4x in IT than what I'm doing now flying but I would much rather not be doing IT.
I've been around! I had a bit of a dry spell(make that a few years) of not doing much in the way of art, least ways anything significant. But I decided to finish my degree recently, and it's really inspired me back into the art scene and interwebs and shizz. I was just wandering through memory lane the other day, and was musing on good old time in the PAAC, thought I'd mosey by and see what your guys have been up too!

Good grief. I posted those color shading notes of mine on my Tumblr blog and they had about 120 notes which I thought was pretty impressive but then last night someone reblogged them and it started an avalanche and now there are over 1,900 notes and climbing. Maybe I should spend a bit more time on tutorials after my class wraps up next week.
I haven't had that kind of activity on my tumblr but I have one picture that seems to find its way into being reblogged and then liked a bunch every few weeks it seems.

From the mouth of the guy who is leaving:

Be glad you noticed early! You may lose one but I've known people to come out of that situation a bit lighter, but free of issues.
Where the hell you been?
It was literally just last week that we were going through the PA archives in Hangout and wondering where the eff you ended up.
What else is new... AM I RIGHT?!
