Also, season 4 was by far less about the medicine (which was getting very tiresome over the first three seasons) and more about the characters and the humor of the show. It made House himself very likeable again, right from the start.
Hopefully season 5 didn't drop the streak.

To Mum's credit, she's aware of that. She's made it clear she doesn't like this relationship and hope it ends - tangentally, she also dislikes the relationship my oldest brother is in - but she's also made it clear she has no plans to force either of them to end their relationship. This big talk is more about the sister's attitude than anything else, that she constantly sounds dismissive and sarcastic when talking to Mum.

it's not even the most surprising move here, really. I was most astonished when they started letting you have notifications of sales on wishlisted items, since that most undercut the previous Steam strategy of dumping sales unannounced to conduct price discrimination. but price discrimination of any kind collapses without a meaningful monopoly anyway. correspondingly, the following Christmas and Summer sales were no longer elaborate site games and such.
I hope the site games come back. My understanding is they went away because the general populace doesn't understand how to participate fairly.
