So I thought I'd give Binding of Isaac some actual playtime while waiting for the cards, but I didn't realize that at some point in the past I'd picked up the DLC. I was pretty terrible at the base game, although I still had a decent amount of fun, but now there's a thing where doors have teeth! My hearts are precious, but I can't not go into the rooms. Out of three relatively quick playthroughs, I made it all the way to the.... wait for it.... second floor! Twice! And died promptly in both cases.
I think I might stick to idling this one and just play some more CK2 with the added bonus of getting cards there too.
Those rooms aren't typically worth going into if you are worried about hearts. They can have great things in them, but just as likely to have spiders/bombs in the chest.
Yeah, spike rooms suck. A lot of the stuff in Wrath of the Lamb is haha fuck you.
He probably should have set up the Wrath of the Lamb content so it wouldn't show up until you've beaten the game a certain amount of times. It's not an unprecedented thing within the base game, after all.
For this reason alone I idled for my cards today instead of playing it. I have 88 deaths and 0 mom's so I suck, but man do I suck even more with Wrath of Lamb so the game is dead to me now.
Fuck it's hot out. I sent my husband out to get a portable AC because the window unit in this apartment is terrible. It's still 90 degrees at 8:30 PM and Colorado is already on fire. Good thing I I have a TV and google box in the bedroom where this AC is getting set up so we can watch @CorriganX scream in the cool, cool air.
It was 108 here today. Pfffffft.
And how the hell can people dislike Colorado? That state is goddamn fucking gorgeous.
I'm in Kansas today and it got up to about that. And I live in Northern California, which can out-pretty most states and always has temperate weather. On topic, really really hoping Dale will wait for my return home in a couple days, gift-bombing on the mobile app sucks.

And if those said cards are for Don't starve, or They Bleed pixels, or binding of isaac, well you're in luck, my friend! I will take those cards off of your hands in exchange for some other card I don't give a damn about!
Now, you might be thinking to yourself "But how does this help ME?" Well, it does. It also helps me. to get awesome emotes. And cards.
I would recommend occasionally searching the market place for cards.
I just nabbed two FTL Rock Cruisers for $.17, and I got a $.28 foil for Serious Sam 3, last night.
Speaking of which, someone trade me other cards for my 2 extra Rock Cruisers, and 2 extra Stealth Cruisers. heh.
The market's so saturated today, card values dropped like the 1929 Stock Exchange.
I... I can't use the market! I dumped a rebate card into my steam wallet this weekend, and now it says I can't use the market until Sunday! Which is probably fine as prices will continue to drop. But I was looking to grab some cards that I'll end up needed for cheap and just saw this.
Heads up. If you add funds to your wallet though a 'new' payment method, you may be blocked from buying on the market for a while.
My fiancee just beat Magicka on steam. Singleplayer. She mostly spammed arcane/earth rockballs at people, rapidfire like. That's impressive, that game is fucking hard.

What a bizarre card-bearing romp through the Binding of Isaac. I got one of those cats that gives you 9 lives, only it's 9 lives at 1 heart a piece. So you have to be even better than normal, basically.
Is Steam Cloud borked for anyone else? Two games tonight have had trouble accessing a save from the cloud and warned me against proceeding to play anyway.
I swear to god this program has the worst fucking offline mode ever. Thankfully I'll be able to drag the damn thing up and tether my cellphone to my laptop to get Steam's shit back together.
Is there anyway to fix this offline whenever Steam goes full retard like this?
