Street Fighter is awesome but playing it with a 4 face button controller (360) feels so unnatural, not to mention the mediocre dpad. I loved playing fighting games with the 6 button genesis controller, maybe I should try to find some controllers more like this: http://www.amazon.com/Xbox-360-Pad-EX-Turbo-Black/dp/B002LT9PXQ Not sure if they are any good, though. Of course a fight stick would be the perfect choice but they are way out of my budget.
DIY can make some interesting controllers. Hum, I wouldn't mind two of those. Go old school with my girl on my tv would be awesome! GPM, 54" tv, two player SF!
Well, I may not have fixed SteevL's problem, but at least I reminded enough people about Steam Cleaner that lots of people have more disk space now for installing more games!
I should go gift some games to use up some of that newly-freed-up space...

Not going to lie, I skipped PAA:OTRSPOD 1 + 2 and went straight to 3, and I don't really feel like I missed anything critical. It helps that there's a Last time on PAA:OTRSPOD book in the Detective office (the starting area of 3) to help you catch up. 3 + 4 were fantastic, don't give up on the series!
But I paid for 2, and want to finish. But the mouse clicky thing, ugh. Knowing 3 is not like that, make me.... I will play it. I must finish them all!

Hi friends!
Do you have a massive Steam backlog? Would you like some easy way to organize and categorize it? Well now you can with this handy tool!
In just minutes, Steam2Backloggery will import your entire game collection into your Backloggery account! You can even edit the categories around and scan through the titles and such to make any changes you desire!
Here's the helpful Readme text:
STEAM2BACKLOGGERY
To use it, just double-click on steam2backloggery.exe. It will prompt you for the location of your Steam install - the easiest way to do this is to drag-and- drop your steam.exe into the window and press enter. It will also ask for your Backloggery username and password.
Once it has this information, it will download your game lists. This may take some time depending on how many games you have, especially on Backloggery; be patient.
Once it has the game lists, it will create a file listing all of the games it's going to add (backloggery.txt) and launch an editor (by default, notepad) to edit it. Instructions for editing it are included in the file.
When you close the editor, it will prompt you for a Backloggery category to use, and then add entries for all of the listed games to Backloggery. It is recommended that you use "PC", "PCDL" (PC Download), or "Steam" as the category, but it won't stop you from filing them under PS2 or SNES or whatever. If you enter a category that Backloggery doesn't support, it'll re-prompt.
There is also a configuration file, "steamtools.cfg", for configuring commonly used settings. The contents of this file should be fairly self- explanatory, but here is brief list of settings you can configure:
STEAM Location of Steam.exe
USER,PASS Login information for Backloggery
CONSOLE Platform (eg, PC, or Steam) to assign to games
EDITOR Editor to use for the game list
IGNORE Games to ignore

All 365 PC games listed I used this program for! Now I can easily see my astounding large backlog and weep as I add more games to it and lament at how little time I have to play games.

Are you suggesting on finishing the backlog? This is very un steam thread. Be careful someone might throw games at you just for suggesting it. No myself, I have realized I'm a collector, not gamer. Pft. Gamer, no I collect things, like steam games. No to go back to collecting.
Rain Slick 1 and 2 had great writing, narration, and art, but were terribly unfun to actually play. The combat was terrible and grindy and slow.
I can't speak from personal experience, but I remember the reviews at the time saying something about how odd it was that these two gaming luminaries couldn't make a game that was actually fun to play.
It was grindy at times, but I liked the idea that with that art style, I was basically "playing the comic".
My problem is combat. Slow. Click here. Click way over here. Click way over here. To much clicking to far apart. I made it threw 1, but 2 i just kinda stopped.

Also the Industry thread (well maybe I skip around a bit sometimes because it can get a bit crazy in there), Giant Bomb thread, any relevant game threads, PSN and PS Vita threads, then there's the Doctor Who and Game of Thrones threads in D&D...
I am starting to see why I never have any time to actually play games.
I find it quite hard to explain why I enjoyed Mass Effect (the first, haven't played the others) given the amount of terrible things about it. Boring combat, bad driving, terrible inventory, retarded morality system. The majority of your party members have as much personality as a space rock. Exploring the galaxy is nowhere near as interesting as it should be. The writing may be above average, but only because video game standards are terrible.
Yet somehow I enjoyed the whole experience, and I'm looking foward to the second game. I guess it's just a well crafted universe, I don't know. That, or aliens.
Just finally beat PAA:OTRSPOD 1, my god was it painful. I don't think I'll bother with #2. I believe I have #3, thank god Thomas Was Alone ended awesome, otherwise today wouldn't have been a good games day.

But nobody wants to listen.
I thought they were descent games with fantastic writing. I'm surprised to hear people thought they were terrible.
