I keep up my wishlist meticulously, which is probably rather silly.
I add games willy-nilly all year, then prune it down before the big sales so I know what to focus on. It's wild territory outside the top 1/3 of it or so, but it's still something.
I just throw shit on there when I see it so I can remember what I thought was cool.
Then I never check it so I forget anyway!
I have a similar problem. I throw stuff on there, but I do keep it somewhat organized. I then buy things randomly that look cool and happen to be on sale, ignoring that my Steam funds were supposed to be for the games I really wanted.

How is the new Civ 5 expansion? I'm trying to decide the new one and Gods and Kings.

I never fear death or dyin', I only fear never trying.

Brave New World includes all the gameplay additions from Gods and Kings, but does not include its additional civs and scenarios. By all accounts, it's pretty great.

Thanks @shdwcaster for filling the missing HL2 Episode 2 hole in my library. It was a nice surprise as I was at my boy's football camp which got moved into the HS Gym because of rain/lightning and it was like 110 degrees and miserable.
So @Malakaius warned me I was sick, I was in disbelief. I went on with my life, tried to live as I should ignoring his word. But he was right, as the days passed I started to feel it lurking over me. I crept on, hoping for some miracle to come wash it all away. The end grew near, I feared these days my last. @Malakaius appeared that night, and whispered something in my ear... sir I believe you may have dementia, for you see there is no such thing as
and with that he left me, cold and alone. Is this madness? No... this is steam, and hardly the end.

I had no idea what this pinball craze was so @Viking decided to send me some X-Men table or something. I don't know. Maybe? It looked cool. Either way, Viking is boss.
Speaking of sick I've felt miserable all day. I have Alan Wake cards just waiting for me to get them. But man the idea of putting myself through that scariness on this dark stormy night.
It is the saddest feeling. Need cards. So close to them. And yet.
Eveing all. Weekend day two. Stupid work, had to go to bed last night, when I should stay up cause I'm graveyard so I could be awake today to train for 4 hours. So tired, no I have to stay up all night to switch back. Grr.
Good note, I will be on. I hope there will be sonic people later. I might hit steam about 10pm, so hit the chat group than. Sonic, if no one will HL2 it. Anyway, weekend, not reading. Enjoy all. Still no dale it seems.
check that, BNW for civ 5 dropped. I will be playing that all night. Don't expect to see me. I'm hiding in a corner. And @spoit, really? I have started nothing with you, so I'm not worried.
On that note, would anyone like a copy of NBA 2K13? If so, add me on Steam and I'll give it to a random person who has it on their wishlist. It comes in the form of a code since I got it from that Bioshock Infinite bundle that GMG had.
Just a friendly reminder! Add me on Steam, make sure the game is on your wishlist and I'll be contacting someone within the next 48 hours.
Contest Time! I've amassed extra copies of The Half-Life 1 Anthology (Half-Life, Half-Life: Opposing Force, Half-Life: Blue Shift & Team Fortress Classic for some reason), Half-Life 2, Half-Life 2: Episode One and Half-Life 2: Episode Two. I love me some Half-Life, and I know there's actually quite a few people out there who missed the series the first time around, and I'm interested in hearing what they think. To enter, all you need to do is send me a PM and agree to (if you win) play through these games (excluding TFC) by.. let's say November 8th, 2013 (the 15th anniversary of Half-Life 1's release) and post your thoughts on each game. You don't need to write an essay, just a paragraph or two on each game. I'll randomly select a winner from all the PM's I get by drawing the names from a hat.
Sadly, it's not a headcrab hat. I should really have one of those, in retrospect. So anyway, if you're interested and agree to the silly terms, just send me a PM. I'll keep the contest open for around a week.
Also, this is unrelated, but I have a spare copy of The Ship that is free to a good home. Just ask for it, I don't want it in my inventory anymore.
Anyone want to trade my First Light profile background on steam for the Viking and/or Babylon civs for Civ V? Best man got me and the fiancee Brave New World as a wedding gift and I can't play with the vent people because they have those DLC's active and I do not. Damn you civ!
Speaking of clunky games made for phones on Steam, how does 10,000,000 work on PC? I beat it on IOS, and near the end that game got impossible. I don't see how you can beat it on PC without a touchscreen.

Apparently the G+T Steam Group chat doesn't think I have enough race cards in my life. @Manetherenwolf just sideswiped me with a copy of NFS Hot Pursuit. Thanks man!

My blood just ran cold as a zombified @an_alt lurched from a darkened alley and sunk its gift-bearing jaws into my neck! I have a sinking feeling I've been infected with an incurable case of Organ Trail: Director's Cut.
Many thanks! I'll be sure to save the last bullet for myself.
You guys and gals are so class, seriously. Have no doubt, Summer Dale will bring a mighty gift reckoning from which no one will be safe.
Now if you'll excuse me, I have some hordes to take care of.
I just started playing the new X-COM and have already felt the loss of a soldier that I had become attached to. Stupidly enough, I forgot to save for the past hour and lost all that progress because I couldn't continue with the thought of having lost a soldier that survived multiple battles with me.
My four year old is psyched for the Steam Sale. I told him I'd buy Lego Batman 2 for us to play together and that I'd get a controller for him to use. He now asks me every day if Lego Batman 2 is on sale yet.
You know how you're supposed to call CPS if you find a terrible parent?

X-Com soldiers are not something to become attached to. They are disposable meat bags destined for the grinder that is earth's last stand against the superior alien forces.

Losing that progress is kind of karmic backlash for trying to reload an older save. The game is already incredibly easy, learn to live with your mistakes!

The correct answer is:
Both!
Answer B is : Poor
Sounds pretty good.

Did you guys not see this, seriously @Spoit - you're on the list.
It's pretty good, aiming is kinda clunky, kinda really clunky. Made for phones aiming it is. But with some practice it's easy enough.
