Defiance is awesome. It's less MMO and more open-world 3rd-person shooter with other people around. Tons of fun. Running over mutants with vehicles never gets old either.
What kind of open world are we talking?
Like...Just Cause open world where it's still pretty much a straight shooter, or like...Fallout open world with stuff?

For those speculating about the numbers in the bottom right of each Summer Getaway trading card, I noticed a few things. First off, the SS13 at the beginning of each one would stand for Summer Sale 2013.
Skyrim's is SS13-P11112011. 11112011 is November 11, 2011, the release date of Skyrim.
Bioshock Infinite is SS13-P75007. 75007 is the zip code of Carrollton, TX, but that doesn't really fit. Oh well. The card art also mentions Paris. 75007 Paris on Google Maps points me to L'Hôtel national des Invalides (The National Residence of the Invalids) which is in the 7th arrondissement of Paris, France. Not really sure whether that means anything.
Kerbal Space Program is SS13-P299792458. 299792458 m/s is the speed of light. Clever.
Chivalry's is SS13-P1016. The game was released on October 16th, 2012.
Dead Island is SS13-P869. Couldn't really find anything for this.
Reus is SS13-P420. Other than the obvious "420" reference, I couldn't find anything directly relating to the game.
Torchlight II is SS13-P1027. The game wasn't released in October, so it may not be a date reference.
I don't have the cards for Football Manager 2013, Prison Architect or Tomb Raider, so I don't know about those.

Ugh, I love that game and I'll gladly play through it again. Several times. And yes good sir, I really thought that I was safe by going offline. I am indeed a pathetic meatbags it seems! @Mr. Mojo Risin apparently knows how much I love all things Roguelike and decided that Dungeons of Dredmor is a nice thing to have.

Ugh didn't think about that. You're still required to have a Trion account, yes? That could throw a monkey wrench into things.

My number one rule of sales: if it's really cheap (or even just plain cheap), there's a very small chance it won't be worth the money. There aren't a lot of games I can think of that aren't worth under $14. And I've heard worse stuff about the TV show (of course, SyFy).
Maybe that rule explains why I'm currently broke.
