Can't you just do settings->downloads->steam library folders?

ya you should be able to now setup a new game folder copy paste uninstall then reinstall and specify new folder

I already own all the encore deals, flash sales, and even the vote games. I'm not sure how I should feel about that.

I'm a bit annoyed. Dragon's Lair was already 33% off. So voting for it means you are voting to save $1.67 from an already cheap game that was already pretty cheap. Evoland was 25% off which means you would have saved an additional $2.50. Both were $10.

On the other hand, Kentucky Route Zero is $24.99. And is only 25% off. And voting for it meant saving an additional 6-7 bucks.

Why did the majority vote to save $1.67?
