So this game has been really incredible, but now that the game focuses entirely on the bad Earth some of the heel characters just feel squicky. Wonder Woman in particular. In the first game it seemed like she was on the Regime because they couldn't think of anything to do with her, and now that she is in the spotlight it just strikes me even more than before. Same with Cyborg.
Still got it with Harley! Whupped it up in Multiverse with her last night! Played a bit of Supergirl(Power Girl) too. This game is real REAL good! I'm so pleased it turned out so amazing.
Was anyone planning on making a PS4 guild? I can do it when I get home from work if no one else wants to. I was thinking of calling it "The Fighting Mongooses", that's a good team name.
Everyone has a price. Throw enough gold around and someone will risk disintegration.
This seems like a minor point compared to all the fun we're having, but I need a bit of help.
On the video adjustment option screen, how can I turn up the gamma? I can see it - set at 50 - but there doesn't seem to be any way to change it. I can only adjust HDR settings.
Put in a ton of time on this already, looking for PA friends to come join me. Guild is 'The not so Super Friends' or NSSS. Hopefully we can get a PA guild going, PS4 is realmasume. See you on the field.

I'll look to make an XBone guild tonight if there still isn't one, I'll gladly take name suggestions from the peanut gallery/thread.
And holy shit, am I loving the playstyle of Black Canary. After a couple of 3 hour sessions with the game, Dinah is my spirit animal thus far. Chapter 3 in the story mode was the best.

I have an HDR TV but it says I don't have one, and I'm all biiiiitch, please (it's something on Sony's end, Android TV's are terrible, the worst, sad!)
Canary reminds me of Lion from Virtua Fighter with her delayed stances. I like using her and her scream is one of the better specials but I really think Harley is going to be my main right now, enough gun variety and then you can pull out the mallet and the hyena special helps instant juggle.
But really yo, fam, dawgs, the facial animations are just top notch, 10/10 would bang. I went to the custom character tab and the way the characters emote as they stand there alone is better than so many other AAA games.

Have you tried running your set out of game mode? I know some TVs don't have HDR on the game setting.

I'll try that. I do have game mode on because I was fiddling around with calibrating with Overwatch and trying to make it the least laggy or whatever.

Not that I've read much of the comics, but this seems to be one of the darker hard-liner interpretations of Wonder Woman that I swear I've seen floating around in the past so it doesn't bother me.
Also, I haven't played a fighting game in forever. So my skills are little to nonexistent but you can count me in for guild stuffs every once and a while.

The funny thing about MK vs DC is that Joker had the best fatality ever. It was so good that they censored it.
Only in NA though, because of the ESRB and that T rating.

Had a great time playing this last night. My Brook converter seemed to work pretty well so I could still use my 360 TE fightstick while playing on the PS4.
The only animation I really miss was Injustice 1's joker win animation. That "You're Fired!" was the best thing ever.
I've barely played any fighting games in the last 15 years, and was never good at them, but this sure is fun. I'll join up with the PS4 guild so you guys can pummel me, though I doubt I'll be playing online any time soon. Gotta do the story first for sure, and then try to get good with a couple of characters.
Yo, don't hang onto mother boxes. They're locked to whatever level you are when you receive it.
Also, god bless you NRS for giving each character a specific tutorial!
Edit: Ok, Mother Boxes appear to be locked to a specific range for when you received it. I got a couple lvl 2 and 3 rare items from my boxes. One of em was a cape for Superman called "Destructive Lois' Favorite Cape"
Also, the God and Demon shaders are very slick looking!
Also, if you get an epic piece of gear that's low level, hang on to it, you can reroll it later when you are at level 20 and it will level up to whatever level YOU are!
Sev: Your gameplay is the most heavily yomi based around. Usually you look for characters that allow you to force guessing situations for big dmg. Even if the guess is mathematically nowhere near in your favor lol. You're happiest when you have either a 50/50, 33/33/33 or even a 75/25 situation to go crazy with. And you will take big risks to force those situations to come up.

Jesus, I didn't even know this. I know what I'm doing when I get home!
I can't speak for this one, but on the first game I was on stick, playing it with light-medium-heavy-throw-meterburn-interactable mapped to the six button layout. It was doable.
This one is pretty playable on pad, but I do hate the less precise directional inputs on pad.

I'm playing this one on a stick with pretty much the same button layout as the one you used for Injustice 1.
It's working out great.
I play with the full motion commands on and it was running like a champ. But I'll fully admit that I have no idea how I would play a fighting game like this with a pad. Like I said before. I find the idea of trying to input combos with my thumb to be impossible.

Because the special moves by default are two directional inputs, its not that bad. You tap down, then forward + attack instead of a qcf motion. My biggest issue is that pad just doesn't seem as precise when it comes to general movement, blocking, dashing jumping etc.

If people are having trouble with HDR, make sure your HDMI cables are good for it. There's a lot of articles that claim cables aren't a factor but they totally are.

Holy smokes we're going to need a lot more than two people in a guild to clear these guild multiverse challenges... I gotta start ranking up my Harley too. Bosses in the guild multiverse are apparenly always lvl 20.
Also, the Superman boss on the Darkseid multiverse planet is impossible...

Also, I didn't think it was the case from the preview videos I saw on Youtube, but there is a "character bias" for gear drops. Gear for the character you're playing as is supposed to be more likely to drop. There something in the options menu to turn that off if you want, but why would you wanna do that?

Alright so I picked this up on xbox because I'm an idiot and also because I miss getting bodied by @Hiryu02 so people can feel free to add me if they want free wins. You know until I find the Injustice 2 version of T.Hawk, then everybody is getting tuned up.
GT is Wraith134.

I suppose once you've unlocked everything for a particular character
I don't think we do, kind of why I started one up. Guild ID is PBWM9. If someone can put that in the topic too, that would be awesome. There's a ton of things to do in this game to contribute single player wise, it's pretty awesome. So even if PvP isn't someones thing they can do just as much to help.
