Name a '90s sci-fi movie I saw on the Disney Channel.

No, it's not Flight of the Navigator.

I saw parts of a movie on (I'm pretty sure) the Disney Channel back in the late '90s, MAYBE early '00s, but I think it was the '90s anywhere from like '97 to '99. All I remember was that it had space ships, a mech (or mechs), and I SWEAR the protagonists' ship was called the Flapjack, because I think of this movie every time I hear the word Flapjack, even though I hardly remember anything else about it.

I haven't been able to find any references to a movie with a ship called the Flapjack anywhere on the internet, and it's been driving me nuts for years. My memory is so hazy, it's possible it wasn't their ship that was called Flapjack, but that's the lynchpin of my memory: something about Flapjack.

I hope somebody else remembers the Flapjack, because other than that, I've got nothing to go on.

Oh, that show. I remember the pilot episode because of the protagonist bluffing out the antagonist about the heroes' 'invincible battle suits', which were only mining machines, and then 'jacking their mining lasers up to full power'.

I'm pretty sure it had a very, very short run.

Awesome, that has to be it. I didn't realize it was a series, but I definitely remember the mech pictured on the Wikipedia article and it mentions the shuttle is called the Flapjack. Thanks!
