I would like street pass items. No one around me is playing AC.
You can have all of mine! I'll start making it a habit to hide em in your town. (I don't have any at the moment, but I streetpass whole bunches of people daily.)
Might you approve of me visiting your town at random and just mailing it as an attachment? That way I don't have to find more spots to put things for others to take that become at-risk.
Yes to both.

Streetpass works no matter what you have going on as long as the game is in your streetpass queue (10 titles). I think it does not work in DS or GBA mode though. Animal Crossing will probably be in your set of enabled streetpass titles since it's a fairly new game. If you want to double check I think it's in settings somewhere.
There I was, 3DS: 2621-2671-9899 (Ekera), Wii U: LostCrescendo
If it is filled to capacity, the HHA starts clearing out homes to put in new ones. One thing I don't know, however, is if you need to periodically check on the game to clear out the number of new visitors so that you can continue to get new data. For games like Fire Emblem, you'd eventually run out of space to streetpass new people (the number was something like 20). Not sure if there is an upper limit with Animal Crossing, as I haven't brought it to a location with that many streetpassable people yet.
Mrs. Jam and I both have blue dots on our New Leaf icons (Europe). No new spotpass HHA house, no special message from Pete. What are you trying to tell me game!?

You can have some of my duplicates. The aren't in the catalog, and they aren't much for show unless you really like balloons, ice cream, or pinwheels.
Balloons go away if you trip and fall while running (and are holding it). Ice cream gets eaten and goes away. Pinwheels scare bugs and fish, regardless of whether you're running or walking. You can't get near them with a pinwheel.
Edit: The bubble wand, though...
That shit is straight up magic.
Except you automatically stop and use it every few steps, so it slows you downmakes life better while equipped.

If the game didn't do it automatically, I'd probably do it manually anyways.
I walk around with my bubble blower quite often because it's silly and I love it. Never have automatically stopped and blown bubbles, though. It can be activated by blowing on the mic, so maybe it's picking up noises?

I get that sometimes as well. No idea why.
Minor system update?
Internet says it may be an alert that someone visited your dream town.
I will potentially have high turnip prices, assuming I was on small spike, but I've got to get home from work first to check. 6:30 pacific.
life's a game that you're bound to lose / like using a hammer to pound in screws
fuck up once and you break your thumb / if you're happy at all then you're god damn dumb
that's right we're on a fucked up cruise / God is dead but at least we have booze
bad things happen, no one knows why / the sun burns out and everyone dies
By the way, what is the maximum capacity for items in a room? You'd think this would be an easy answer to Google but apparently not.
OP#2, under the Storage section:
288 item spots per Home (48 items per room) 4x Homes = 1152 total item spots in all 4 homes.
Edit: As I think back, I cannot remember if this includes wall slots or not. I know it is at least floor-only item slots.

I went to every dream code on the spread sheet the other night as I wanted the dreamer badge, which I got. Talk to your people and see if they mention dreaming about me and that might be why you have a blue dot. Or anyone else wondering.

The dreamer badge is such a pain. I ended up going to random villages through regional search. I think it took about 4 minutes to complete the entire process for each town. Bleck.

It took me about 3 or 4 hours. But I went and talked to every animal twice in each town. Except for the last 10 or so, those were random and I just ran around and left. Never again.

That might be it. I also had a blue dot today with no new downloadable items, but I just got told that a total of 3 people visited my dream town whereas I'm fairly certain that it was 2 yesterday.

The AC Streetpass notification has 1/20 for me right now, so I'm assuming 20 is the max here as well.

If you visited Boros, were you able to see the Fireworks show? I did an update during it, hoping that dreamers could see it.
Also: Does anyone else wish that your museum and/or Club LOL were down in town? My exhibits are totally useless to anyone other than actual train-traveling visitors. >.<

Yes and no. It was just night time with nothing special happening.

The Showcase can hold 48 homes, (you can favorite 16 of them so they don't get replaced by newcomers). So maybe that means up to 20 people can be standing in your HHS plaza at a time?
That would beat the 10 that the Mii Plaza can hold.

Your numbers are both true and false.
I have tried filling a room with unpassable items, and I get stopped most of the way through, and it says I don't have any room left to put items (when I clearly do). It happened as I was trying to fill my Nintendo room with every fortune cookie item, then stuff the rest with gyroids. I got stopped part-way through.
However, I was able to drop axes and fill the rest of the room with items that you can walk over.

Yeah. The game makes a distinction between those kinds of items. Turnips, tools, mushrooms...i think there are some others that can be walked over. I think tree sprouts and fruit.
There are shooting stars at Omnar2! @Hargaad of Omnar if you mentioned it, I missed it. XD I noticed when I swapped our golden items; the wall torch is now buried by your house.

They are for decorating, not carrying. Losing a balloon is tragic.
