Halo 4 Global Championships at PAX Prime 2013

Lastly (but certainly not least-ly), we are thrilled to announce that the Halo 4 Global Championship Finals will be part of the Penny Arcade Expo (PAX Prime), and that the event will be held from August 30th – September 1st in the incredible Benaroya Hall, which looks something like this:

    Well that's cool. Other than using a picture from The International 2, which was a Dota tournament. Still neat to see eSports having more of a presence at PAX.

    I don't think so, doesn't Riot have their own place now for LoL stuff? I assume this Halo championship is the "replacement" event or something.

    Above posters are correct, there is currently no live audience for the NA LCS regular season (with exceptions for road shows like MLG Dallas or Anaheim).

    The NA LCS Playoffs will be at PAX, and that will have a live audience! However, I believe PAX tickets are currently sold out, as they're general PAX tickets, not LoL-specific tickets. Check out the PAX Prime website to look into their availability directly.

    So it looks like it will be there. :(

    I was wondering what was replacing The International at Benaroya this year since Valve moved the DOTA tournament forward a few weeks. This looks cool.
