Vent is the place where, thanks to the power of feedback, people realize that they generally sound like tools and begin profusely apologizing to their friends for forcing them to endure the torture of their voice every time they ever opened their damn mouths.
It's kind of funny that I was bummed out for a bit when all of you guys bailed to start your own server, because now the two groups of Vent users I'd like to hang out with are in two different places. But then I remembered that you guys were always in a separate chat channel to begin with, so nothing has really changed.
That's not entirely true, K. I only colonized a new chat channel when people started talking about videogames ad nauseum. I don't know about other people, but I am just going to say that I enjoyed talking with folks like Pika and BloodyRoar (after he changed his handle, anyhow).

K, I'm with nap. I'm not against talking about video games (hell, it's what the webcomic is based on.) But I don't want to talk box art and video game composers.
The one I'm using now doesn't allow me access to the actual server settings file
The only thing I really have control over right now is stopping/starting, ban add/remove, global TTS, and choosing whether or not I want the lobby silent. So just a heads up for next month if the IP changes
