I've considered running a WTNV rpg before using a modified version of Call of Cthulhu. Except instead of going crazy you just start thinking that all the weird batshit insane stuff is perfectly normal.

So instead of sanity you slowly lose disbelief points?

I know NPR airs them on the radio all the time but I don't know if their archives are up on the internet

    Insanity points, but yes.

I've always thought Unknown Armies would be a neat system for a Nightvale RPG. Mainly due to both being set in modern times and the fact that UA's sanity system has a specific counter for the kind of 'the universe is just unknowable so accept it' insanity most nightvale residents suffer from.

Though you'd have to re-work the magic system to something more traditional.

The Debate is great. Especially for Steve Carlsberg. Well not him specifically because nothing he does is any good.

"Grip 'em up, grip 'em, grip 'em good, said the Gryphon... to the pig."

This episode might have had the best Weather/story connection so far.
Should have picked up your spades, Night Vale.

Separate from the codes, I really loved this line

"Are we living a life that is safe from harm? Of course not. We never are. But that’s not the right question. The question is are we living a life that is worth the harm?"

Yea, I would strongly recommend it, as well as Condos. Absolutely worth the price of admission.

Now to find out what waiting weeks between podcasts feels like.

This is, of course, fantastic. Nice to hear more of the glow cloud, too!

    EDIT: Oh my god

Company Picnic was an excellent followup to Parade Day
I would not hate a Desert Bluffs spinoff, not at all.

When they talked about how they:
Made the booth look more like how Kevin was used to it, and the "contributions" of the other two guys that were now all over the room,

I was just kind of like D:

    Cecil will not be happy.

Didn't they catch him in the beginning of the episode? Maybe the Faceless Old Woman Who Secretly Lives In Your Home will make the save

They arrested the rest of his scientist team. Carlos is currently in a house that he cannot exit from.

Also woo, got my ticket to go see Night Vale live!
