people should not take student loans if they can't pay 'em
that's not a complicated bit of business advice
not that I don't have sympathy for people
but surely people can't not have noticed that the economy isn't doing too hot
this is super privileged. you grew up in an educated household with a successful father and there was probably an implicit understanding of finances and the market for various professions. for a lot of not-well-off people, all they see and hear from their support network is "smart people go to college and get successful". a lot of people are completely unaware of things that many of us take for granted wrt basic career choice, market conditions, etc.
This too is privileged. Poor people understand in no uncertain terms that they only have one shot at a successful life with successful peers and that if they fuck up/wait too long that's it. A useless degree is better than no degree. Student loans are better than medical bills. Having a degree is so goddamned important, it's a validation of personhood.

The future is not to be. i stood aghast, agape, again, in front of its new form. Terrible and awesome at the same time. Beyond beauty, beyond horror.beyond good and evil and the confines of morality. I was to be the emissary. The first witness and prophet of his coming. Where i was lost, i was now at home, the millions of jagged metal pieces, the billions of rooms serving purposes beyond understanding, beyond madness. i was petrified, paralyzed, incapable of moving or thinking still. And yet. And yet i regained my senses, my functions, my humanity. It was still there, of course. as pale as a moonless night, as dark as the sun, forever shielding its true visage so as to avoid causing irreparable madness in all those who would glimpse it... And yet... Failing to assuage my terror, my dread, it opened a hole in itself, and from there a sort of hollow howl emerged. It was incomprehensible, hyperdense and impossible to decypher... But its meaning was simple... so simple... What it told me in that moment shaped my very being from that point on, forever etched on my very soul is this message from beyond...

i don't know what these other muppets are on about.
second is purely functional but isn't stylish at all imo. not ugly but not interesting looking.
first is nice but like i said seems very structured and like it'd look great if you had a good body. maybe they just have it on a super buff mannequin torso?
the third looks nice and also doesn't seem too discriminating. and practical like you said with the reflective properties.
