Ok so I don't have a bajillion stickies, I'm going to compromise by making this one to list out all the appropriate threads where you can find official info and/or discussion on the various official pax things.

A bold thread means it is Enforcer run, so it likely has official information within. Italic threads are exhibitor run, also have official info. Plain threads are just discussion threads about these topics.

I was wondering where the tournament desk is for sign-up for the PC tournies?
I forgot to look around for it today.
It's not on any of the guidebook maps.

Hey River, it's located in "The Conference Center / Annex" across Pike Street from the main convention center. Located on Level 3 directly under Expo Hall.
