Viking gave me a few warnings about the final 2 episodes. Like save them all for one sitting and such.
But I'm only assuming this will all end with me in the waking up my almost 3 year old, crying and hugging her, to be yelled at shortly after by my wife, which the same will ensue, crying and hugging.

I think it is impossible to finish episode 4 and not start up episode 5 right away. So he was right about that.
Rarely seems to go on sale. Use GMG20-8MUTY-M21VN to bring it down to 3 bucks. Steam keys. Should be noted that the first game is technically freeware at this point, though I believe it was ad supported. Looks like this series ended up in Nordic Games' hands after the death of THQ.

Oh, it's impossible, all right. I remember how impossible it was, having finished Episode 4 the day it came out.
I played Amnesia for the first time last night with the lights off and headphones.
I didn't get very far.
It's going to take me a long time to beat this.
I did the same when I played the demo a few years back. Alone, dark night, headphones. Not a brilliant idea. Have never quite plucked up the courage to tackle the full game even though I own it now.
$6 worth it for Hard Reset? That's the only thing I'm interested in the Weekly bundle.
I think so. It's a great blend of old and new as far as game design goes. If you like Quake style shooting and Serious Sam/Painkiller style hordes of enemies you should probably check it out. There's some really fun weapons, like the rocket launchet. The upgrade system is cool and gives you a decent bit of choice. One of my favorite FPS and it came almost completely out of no where.
Just spent like twenty minutes himming and hawing about whether or not to pick up Antichamber (along with Rogue Legacy, which I finally decided to buy) only to realize upon going to the store page that I already owned it. When the heck did that happen? I think have Steamnesia.
Well...cool, anyway. Rogue Legacy away!

Came to post the Humble Shooter Bundle but you guys are on top of it. Totally getting that to gift away System Shock 2.
Man I feel like if somehow they could remove the fact that you die a lot from CoC, it would be really top-notch. Every time I died I was so frustrated, but the buildup was intense.
I kind of want the shooter collection. They don't add to the weeklies do they? I already have the beat the average games and really just want Shadow Warrior and Duke 3d.
I gave up on Dark Corners of the Earth after banging my head against a certain scripted sequence a few dozen times.
I ended up youtubing the rest, and it turned out I was fairly close to the end of the game, which makes it all the more frustrating.
If it's the escape sequence while shit is collapsing everywhere, there's a bug that makes that part literally impossible on certain computers. Something about tying the movement speed to your processor's clock cycles, something dumb like that.
That is a broken-ass game that has great moments in it.

I thought they stopped doing that shit once the DOS days were over. Like that one Leisure Suit Larry or Space Quest puzzle where you have to lift weights and if you have a modern computer, you will be there for hours mashing the arrow keys because it's based on processor speed.

Godammit Activision, "25%" is not a fucking sale >:E
In the barest, regular sense of the word, it is. But also, not really. Sorta like how games will do sales if you buy the game as a preorder or during the first week. It's not a sale if it starts at that price.

This is one of the bigger reasons as to why I've never played a Call of Duty game. It has never entered the "buy" range.

Ahem, yes. I think you're right. Has anyone dared play in Big Picture mode?

I sure as hell ain't complaining.
I'm hoping they have a horror-themed bundle for October, though.
Especially since I've got Call of Cthulhu: Dark Corners of the Earth on my want list.
