    Yeah, Bard AF is unfortunate. I was a Bard in FFXI and I wish our AF was closer to that.

    I have decided that this summer I'm going to play this again. I should have reinsalled for SPring Break this past week because I was bored as hell, but I played a lot of Diablo 3 instead.

    diabolos will be a nightmare in future pug groups. the one i ended up with is super cool though! the music in that area and visual design is great

    We went in blind, and it was super fun to learn what to do.

    Also, watch out for this bug during the fight (spoilers for fight):
    It's possible to get stuck in the void. On one run, as we were being teleported through the void, our tank DC'd. It wouldn't let us leave through the other side until they reconnected, so we're pretty sure that's what caused it. It's not really something you can control for, but I thought I'd give you a heads up.

    People are pretty mad about the RNG required, grinding is one thing, grinding RNG sucks.

    I guess people at SE heard people complaining about fates being part of story related quests and decided to kick it up to 12!

    The webs and crumbling city and music remind me so much of Promyvion in FFXI. Combined with Diabolos and the new/old enemy types, it was hitting my nostalgia buttons pretty hard.
