Yeah, the cuts to audience is during lulls, and cuts to teammembers are usually after some action, hoping to catch a reaction.
In BW/SC2 the cuts to players are sometimes amazing, like cutting to someones face right after they lost half their army to a small mistake and seeing the dawning horror. Or indifference for some people :P.
