I was just lookin for a miner game that I used to play whe I was very young, now Im 24 and I am desperately to find this game to play once more and its a miner that goes recollecting gems from many colors but I only find mine wars,miner, and others that dont match with my search, can you help me please!!

That kinda sounds like what your describing and it was on old PCs and consoles.
Crystal Caves? It features colored gems and a guy in a miner's helmet.
