Stolen item please assist
Did anyone take any video or pictures that have 3 guys in a group? One was cosplaying Batman of Zur-En-Arrh with an italian scarf (he was the tallest one), another one was dressed as 1962 NCAA All-American basketball player Len Chappell and wearing a fedora (except it was a stupid idea because he was short like 5'2" and black with a big afro it was crazy how he kept the hat on), and this last guy was in a wheelchair(?) nude his lower body covered with a blanket. They were following me and my dog when I went to store my 10+ items in the car trunk. I went to the bathroom and when I came out my tires were slashed and my dog was gone. The dog was a black and white shih tzu.
