I'm assuming the game uses 2 dice. Each die has a 50/50 change to be odd or even. If one is odd and one even, the sum is odd. However, if both are odd, the sum is even, and if both are even, the sum is also even, and thus 2 our of 3 times, the answer is even.

@akjak, yes...but some of the items are incorrectly labeled. For instance, the "tuxedo" item has the catalog picture next to it, but it is most certainly not orderable. Also, it is not an Able Sisters item; it's a Gracie item.
Most of the items listed are accurate, but there's enough incorrectly labeled items to make me wonder sometimes if it's correct or not. If I had to guesstimate, I'd say about 5% of the moridb info is incorrect in one way or another. Could be the price of an item, could be the picture is wrong, could be a mislabeled catalog item...but most of it is good.
Oh, and part of why I asked is because the NA DLC is the afternoon-tea set, which moridb says is orderable...but is not, which may cause unknowing people to willingly sell or give it away only to discover later on that they cannot reorder another one.
Also, I've come into the possession of 5 extra pumpkin pies and 5 afternoon-tea sets...

Yeah...I hold mild sentiment. I'm not going to feverishly attempt to cycle through villagers to get him back, but if I do have the opportunity, I surely would not let it pass.
That said, he's been awesome, and I have no idea what items he had in his house, but I have sent him many gifts and letters since I started playing. In-game, I've had him for over a year now.

Fun fact: If you look things up on MoriDB (http://moridb.com/items/search?category=&q=aquarius+urn&obtained=&interior=&fashion=), it will tell you if things are orderable. If it has the little black book symbol by it, you can order it from the catalog.
So yes, the Aquarius Urn is order-able.
