Singed is basically no threat whatsoever to half the cast and a huge annoying douchebag to the other half.
It really comes down to where you like to be positioned in teamfights, and if that randomly happens to be in a poison trail or not.
Gangplank and fiddles had reworks a while back as well they saw plenty of action which lead them to be nerfed until they were worse off then when they started.
Someone else who may be in trouble is Corki . Picked in almost every game. Last time that happened was in dreamhack in s1 and riot nerfed him so bad it took this long for people to play him again.

Ive been playing Singed , Fiddles and Mundo since I installed the game and each has been nerfed to oblivion and back. It seems like whenever they get any sort of attention they just get nerfed again.It may be the minority but I think its bullshit.

Yep. Singed was my S1 hero (23 games played, next highest is 14) and I played a fair amount of Mundo in S2. Fiddles I've been trying to get into my lineup more but never seem to have a ton of success with him.

I think most teams just aren't used to the way new triforce on the ADC effects teamfight positioning yet.
That's what I've been seeing so far tonight - peelers and assassins kited just slightly out of position, or caught just slightly in the wrong place due to the movespeed buff.

His q,w,e, r all have ap scaling. His r has dual scaling. Additionally he has low move speed and an innate attack bonus this means that he does not need as much attack speed as a pure adc if you choose to build him to abuse resets. On top of that he even needs the mana
His ability timing allows a large number of sheen profs without a larger amount of ability use. At the start of the fight he w's and uses the triforce phage proc on the AA to kite. 2 seconds later he e's and gets a second proc and more kite/ chase. 2 seconds later he r's every 2 seconds the rest of the fight.

if the announcers knew what they were talking about it's to burst through the front line/and tanks along with his W, and constant TF procs from R. It worked really well, but that ADC is known for his unique builds.
I wonder what made Vi jungle start getting picked in competitive play. I thought she was not considered very good, since her ganks are not that good and she falls behind very fast if she does not get kills.
EDIT: I hate that I have to choose between sleeping or watching World's. I guess it's going to be VODs for me.
