[League of Legends] Get excited for the girl with the super mega death rockets
Active: Jinx fires a rocket that gains damage over the first second it travels. It explodes on the first enemy champion hit, dealing Physical Damage plus a percentage of the target's missing health. Nearby enemies take 80% damage.

SummaryJudgement (2:47): TRIPLE KILL
Questions:
If you do ANYTHING (including AA's, moving, or other abilities) or are CC'ed during your drain it ends, right?
If you do ANYTHING during the channel time on Crowstorm, it fails. BUT, once you teleport and it starts you can do whatever you want (aside from the usual limits on drain)

The numbers on Jinx's ult seems crazy high to me - the base is nearly the same as Ez's, but it gets 25-35% of the enemy's missing health as well? Not to mention that it will benefit from her armor pen... Maybe they think it not going through champions will keep it in line, I don't know.
Though a lot of her numbers seem pretty high. Be interesting to see if she has what it takes to become a popular low mobility marksman.
The manner of it's use is pretty limited. It's a global, but nobody *really* uses Ashe arrows as a global. They fire it at point-blank as a hard initiate. But you can't do that with Jinx ult. If you do, you end up with what is basically a bad Graves ult.
You can use it on cleanup, but that barely matters in the grand scheme of things. Either you won the fight with enough margin to take an objective or not - killing one extra low-health person is not really meaningful unless there's shutdown gold involved.
Honestly I think it's a pretty mediocre ability. Best case scenarios involve low-percentage shots to proc her passive and go HAM. It's not awful, but neither is it fantastic.

I see myself using it either in the middle of a teamfight just to do as much damage as possible, or as a trump card in a 1v1 when we both get low health. I think picking people off is going to be fairly rare.
I gotta say, even if nothing else about her looked cool(but it does), just the fact that Jinx sings the parody of Vi's theme song where she goes "She's such a loser, always ready to cry" would make me play her. I was watching a guy play her on PBE stream and she kept doing it.
I see Jinx's ult being most clutch after a team fight just firing it down midlane, or cross map at a team fight, or at a dragon/baron (you can steal dragon with the splash on it)

marksmanning individual targets will be rare
But, just as with Ez and Ashe, cross-map kill-snipes will happen, and they will be awesome.

Yes, yes, and generally rush Zhonya's, skip all the other shit.
Fiddles provides enough control off his base skills that it is actually quite desirable to not go in with a big ult and just blow up.
And actually when I jungle him, provided I'm not having a dogshit game, I'll end up grabbing something like Shard of True Ice to combo with the ult (also a reasonable support choice instead of Morello's).
Lord_AsmodeusgoeticSobriquet:Here is your magical cryptic riddle-tumour: I AM A TIME MACHINERegistered Userregular
Does the 80% damage to surrounding people scale off the base target? Like, for the damage it does based off of % health missing, would it scale off of how much damage was done to the target that was hit, or would it deal 80% of base damage + 35% health missing of each one in the radius?
Capital is only the fruit of labor, and could never have existed if Labor had not first existed. Labor is superior to capital, and deserves much the higher consideration. - Lincoln
Currently on a 10 in a row ranked win streak and something like 17/20 total since I made the push for Gold. It's gotten to the point where I want to drop the mic and walk off-stage, never to return.
Is the best damn support Blitz build. The plays you can make with those actives. Enemy team nearby? Twin shadows -> 200% increased chance of fatal grab landing in the next 5 seconds. Literally just made this play at baron and straight up won my team the game off of it.
I really liked this build. Mushrooms forever with the cdr from Morello's, some defense, attack speed, the extra burn from slows, lots of AP.
10/6/10, victory!
The 27/0/10 loss I had the other day was Sorc, Liandry's, Nashors, Deathcap, BorK, Frozen mallet (which I should have swapped for Randuin's). It was fun murdering their whole team a lot.

and it's targeted globally?
It's an Ashe arrow that replaces the stun/slow with MORE DAMAGE!
:v:
Nice. If you AA, that'll stop it too, right? You just need to do all your positioning ahead of time and not manually AA onto someone
Edit: And correct Crowstorm looks like - Bush -> Channel 1.5 sec -> Tele -> run into middle of group // Q single target -> W onto Terrified target
it's a true display of skill

Most people would be ecstatic to go on a nine game win streak in ranked.
And then there's Skippy.

Dat marginal utility
PC crashed in my first ranked, we were on the knife's edge of winning. Reboot, "update failed".
Can't get it to work
WHAT THE FUCK
Edit: cannot believe that happened. First time ever. Now I'm "repairing".
No way I'll get back into that game

I was doing pretty well in that game, as TF. Out CS-d Cho, blew up some people, got some good teleport things into a fight.
I think I had a positive kda but I'm not sure.
Now wtf do I do.
*raaage*
marksmanning individual targets will be rare
Do a complete reinstall, that's always fixed whatever problems I've had.
I went through the logs, found the DLL it was failing to copy, renamed the existing target, and started over - now it works.
Too fucking late though

that being said, sneaking baron early is going to be suuuppppeerrrr risky with her on the map.
Joe's Stream.

no it only hits champions, but the splash will hit them if an enemy champ is close
Liandry's, Nashors, sorc boots, Morello, Runaan's, Spectre's cowl.
