The Fantastic Four - March 6th, 2015
To be directed by Josh Trank, this Fantastic Four reboot was set to start filming in Louisana this September, but we've heard basically nothing on casting so it may be in development hell at the moment and likely will be delayed. If it does get off the ground, Fox is planning to have it take place in the X-Men universe, though they're not gearing up for direct crossover anytime soon. If Fox doesn't get production on this started soon (within a year) the rights could fall back to Marvel.
The Avengers: Age of Ultron - May 1st, 2015
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Jr5rzSMNmRM
Set to begin production in March 2014, with Joss Whedon is returning to direct. This film is set to reunite the cast of the first movie with, along with newcomers Quicksilver and the Scarlet Witch as they face down longtime Avengers foe, Ultron. Hank Pym will not be in the film, leaving Ultron's origins up in the air, though likely related to Stark in some way.
Superman vs Batman - July 17th, 2015
Sequel to Man of Steal, and announced with a quote from the Frank Miller book "The Dark Knight Returns." Superman vs Batman follows up on the events of Man of Steel and will introduce a new interpretation of Batman to be played by Ben Affleck. From the movie title, and the announcement quote, there seems to be a strong intimation of Superman and Batman coming to blows, literally or figuratively. David S. Goyer is penning the script and Zach Synder is set to direct. No word on how Batman plans to defend from Superman's deadly neck-snapping technique.
Ant-Man - July 29th, 2015
Pushed up from it's November release date, and directed by Edgar Wright (of Shaun of the Dead/Hot Fuzz/The World's End fame); the film is will be based on the "To Steal an Ant-Man" storyline from the comics, wherein Scott Lang steals the Ant-Man suit from Hank Pym. Wright has been working on a demo reel to demonstrate his vision of how the an inch tall superhero would kick ass, and while I don't have a link, it has been leaked onto the web here and there.
BEYOND!!!
Marvel currently has new films scheduled for May 6th, 2016; July 8th 2016 and May 5th, 2017. No announcements yet on what they are but Marvel has been talking up Dr. Strange a lot, and there's a big Inhumans push right now in the comics that gels with older conversations with Marvel Studios about one day doing an Inhumans film. Talk of Black Panther is also on the air.
Sony has announced Amazing Spider-Man 3 (June 10th, 2016) and 4 (May 4th, 2018); and there's strong hints of a building Sinister Six. There's some talk of the Ghost Rider rights having gone back to Marvel.
Fox has been talking about an X-Force movie. No word on that Deadpool movie that's in development hell.
DC has a Flash movie set for 2016 and a Justice League movie set for 2017, both based in the same universe as Man of Steel.

Dammit! I've been found out!
I would have gotten away with it too, if it weren't for you meddling kid!
Why I fear the ocean.
aka I forgot.
But damn it, it gave me chills.
So it's Cap 2/GOTG versus...nothing from DC
shame it's death's head II and it's written by lanning but wooooo
So it's cool
This time
there can only be one
They've already let Marvel get such a drop on them
But now they're gonna get their weird shit with the talking raccoon into theaters before they get their World's Finest movie out the door
I just rewatched Spider-Man 1 and 2 last night with some friends who had never seen 2
They were...not nearly as good as I remember them being.
even the x-men cinematic universe is beating the dc cinematic universe
I still love the first film, but 2 is just cheesy and bad and it's like how did I ever like this?
The upshot of this is that it retroactively makes 3 less disappointing
I had just the opposite
I was watching 1 and going "Oh jeez that's a really crappy Green Goblin costume" and "Oh man Tobey Maguire and Kirsten Dunst have zero chemistry"
And then all of that seemed way better in the 2nd one!
Unmasked Willem Dafoe in the Goblin outfit looks rad as fuck
Agree on Maguire and Dunst but I don't think it gets any better
Franco gets better and better, evolving into perfection with 3
talked to the friend and he let me know he actually hated it when it came out, but i was so excited for a spider-man movie he didn't tell me.
even 2, which i like, gets worse and worse with every viewing.
I think the chemistry between the two of them gets a little better because in 2 I'm no longer supposed to believe that they're fresh out of high school.
That was a big obstacle for me in the 1st one, even though usually actors being older than their characters doesn't get to me too terribly.
I liked 2 a lot because it seemed just...fun. Like, there are legitimate problems with that movie, but a lot of things that seem like problems are just Sam Raimi deciding to go for the sillier line delivery in a scene or two because it's fun.
I just rewatched the scene from the first one where Thor is cast out and it is such a delight to watch him and Odin just bellow at each other
but what I'm most excited for is Cap 2
but what I'm most most excited for is Guardians of the Galaxy
actually, no, it's Cap 2, but really what's most exciting is that we can actually talk about all these movies happening and it not be some weird fever dream we're all having
I thought it was going to be a good movie but the praise it's getting is pretty insane
Can't wait to see it next weekend
I am really excited for Thor and Cap but holy shit everything about Guardians is just like YES, YES
I was feeling the same way about Thor before it hit

Nice holiday dinner with my close family friends?
Nope, going to yell at my son for being a disappointment and dating a whorish gold-digger.
