It's different when it's an official company with a real liquor license versus a private person though.
edit: Basically, if you haven't shipped alcohol before and don't feel comfortable doing it, you probably shouldn't.

All this talk of alcohol has reminded me of my favorite Christmas drink, so I wanna share it. I'm not sure if it's only popular here as like a regional thing or if it is well known. But here it's called an Apple-Jacks: Jack Daniels whiskey mixed with apple juice. It's like a whole other version of warm apple cider and it is dee-licious. If you haven't tried it I highly recommend it.
I don't know how easy I am to stalk, so sorry about that. If you can get in/on my facebook, let me know (stalking is a gift in itself since its like an online ID fire drill)! I have slacked a bit on my posting here since work picked up. Here is a blurb on me if your interested!
Um, I am pretty easy to please. Just being part of secret santa gets me all holiday-spirit giddy. Most geek-centric things are cool with me. So here are some fun factoids about me if it helps! I attend Dragon Con every year, though I only started 4 years ago, and met my amazing girlfriend there as well in line to see Dr. Horrible (she just moved in from two states away because, as I mentioned, she is amazing). To be fair, I was dressed as captain hammer. I am slowly getting in to character costuming (wore my excellent Ravenclaw tie I got last year with my robes) and dressed as lounger batman this year (latex masks are like face ovens).
I do a lot of gaming, my favorite being civ 5 on the PC and board gaming when I can get a group together. I own a decent size collection, so you may want to use proxy if you go that route, though anything that is two player friendly would be pretty cool. I have been tentatively considering dusting off and repainting my Warhammer 40k army to scratch that minis itch, so if you want to help motivate (or stop, please god) me in that direction feel free.
I definitely drink, so if you want to risk the transportation of alcohol I will definitely consume your tasty beverages. I also really like electronic music like Daft Punk and Deadmau5. Food, candies or chocolates are always welcome as my entire family are dedicated foodies and I pretty much eat everything.
Damn, I can't wait until the stalking starts. Shadowy figures skulking after your every move is the new official start of the holiday season.

Huh guess I should post some preorder/general info stuff.
I'm pretty sure I already mentioned it in my sign up note but I've got a PS3/PSP/Vita/DS/3DS/Wii/WiiU/and will have a PS4
I've already got preordered through this year: Tearaway, FF X/X-2 HD, Ys: Memories of Celceta, Ratchet & Clank: Into the Nexus, Lego Marvel Super Heroes, Legend of Zelda: Link Between Worlds, Knack.
Shirt Size: M if it's women's or S if it's men's, men's t-shirts are preferred.
My husband and I do have quite an extensive game/movie collection so you might want to check with him before getting anything if you want to go that route.

Better yet, take Mulled Cider, served warm, mixed with real AppleJack. It's like a golden shower from the lords of the Holidays.

This man? He knows what he's talking about.
i've never thought of either of these...
the best thing I've ever had is dutch caramel vodka mixed with warm (or cold (you poor bastard)) cider. Van gogh makes one. i think pinnacle does too. not sure who else. I've only had van gogh.
That shit is disgusting. My husband loves it and I have no idea why. That being said I gave up soda a while ago and only rarely have a diet sprite when I get a craving for bubbly drink, and even diet sprite tastes way too sweet now.

That does sound like it is worth a try. Never even had mulled cider IIRC, but cider is a necessity for me around the holidays, so I will just add to it.

Santa, I am so close to buying a new computer (at the expense of my childhood toys). I think this might be the first year I am OK with receiving Steam games.

Should I have either of you as a santee, I will be sure to include the bottle of Applejack I've been trying to get through for the past year. It is the most rank, vile, bottle of booze I have ever encountered, and I once drank a bottle of Chartreuse until I liked it.
I decided to bow out after much deliberation. We've got to put all our spare cash towards adopting a sprog at the start of next year (fingers crossed).
Mr Grinch, that's absolutely wonderful! Congratulations to you xoxoxoxoxoxoxo

Santa I like old school games as far back as NES. (SNES is the best) I play other games on my xbox, 3ds, but I'm mostly a PC gamer. I like other various things too. That's all you get! I can't be too easy.
...you should go to a bad place.

Guys, you are forgetting about Cheerwine, the greatest pop there is.
Too bad it is nearly impossible to come by up in Canada...
I've tried Cheerwine a couple times, bit of a let down to me. I know some people love it, but it's not my thing (it's just kind of a cherry flavored soda...).
Are we talkin' soda? Cause I just found out Zuberfizz is made in my state. I do like shipping local goods to strangers on the internet...
I can't guarantee my Santa will receive some, but I can't not guarantee such an occurrence either.

I apologize for my comments on stalking earlier. I blame it on not getting enough sleep and this being a week full of exams and papers.
PROCEED AS NORMAL.
Phew! I was worried I went overboard last year by modeling my Santee's house in 3D.
Maybe that was still overboard....
This year will be even better! I can't wait to get my Santee! I'm gonna go practice stalking!
You were worried? I was concerned that I went too far by tapping into my Santee's sewer line to get a stool sample to test their eating preferences and genetic predispositions.

You sound like a terrible person all around no I'm sure you're probably pretty cool person.
Will literally - and no, I do not mean figuratively - drink anything else that is alcoholic and fit for human consumption, though.
Edit: "beer" includes lager, IPA, stout, bitters etc etc.
