To be clear, a small number of villagers having guns means they should almost always use it every chance they can (unless they have a really good reason not to). A large number of villagers having guns means that they should never use it (and some people will break the rule anyways, but in general it's better not to).

It's pretty much a really crappy vig, it's crappy because it can't be used for networking. I'd say people should probably use it tonight and then see what we have to work with afterwards. Also should probably follow Jpants advice on this, AKA change targets if you don't have a good reason to stick with someone or have multiple people you suspect.
