Is there any way to get back old moves that you replaced?
there's a move relearner in the town with the...6th gym I think? along with the move deleter
the relearner is also where you go to get moves that an evolved pokemon has in their moveset but never actually tried to learn (charizard's flare blitz, heat wave, and air slash are good examples)

Also bring heart scales (Thief them off of Luvdisc).

Ah awesome! Good to know that I didn't muck up my honedge by unlearning shadow sneak, didn't think he was going to end up being such a slow pokemon!

A funny thing happened on the way to Azure Bay
I was doing my heart scale thing with old rod and decided since I was in the neighborhood (of the city with the monorail) I'd go check out Azure Bay since I previously skipped it. Right as I get up to the first flag I got a strange "lens flare" battle graphic and a wild Moltres appeared. However, before I even got the chance to act it fled. Gotta get a no-escape mon

The Legendary Bird you get depends on the starter Pokémon you chose. Articuno will appear if you chose Chespin, Zapdos if you chose Fennekin and Moltres if you chose Froakie.

If you have a pokemon punch a blank punching bag for a while (especially if they're in their especially active state), you can get special white bags which wipe all of your EVs in one go. I haven't found any more granular methods yet; it's possible that the old EV-reducing berries might still be around.

There is a training bag that fully resets EV. Not sure if there is a specific way to get them, but, I got one just walking around with my bottom screen set to Super Training.
