Precipice ep 1 - Mac Steam?

Has anyone figured out how to get episode 1 working on Mac in Steam?

I purchased the HotHead Humble Weekly Sale here:
https://www.humblebundle.com/weekly

And it installed episode 1 on my Mac! But when I launch, it crashes immediately. Google says this is a common issue. Does ANYone have a solution?
