since we are stabbing in the dark I was thinking
what about that sign in the reflection? that top one has some almost legible text but something about it doesn't look right
unless I'm crazy it looks like all of the numbers are facing the right direction and not reversed the way they should be in a mirror, right?
edit and possibly the G?
I have two readings of the top sign, but there are more depending on how you read some of the characters

I spent like 30 minutes plugging away at it and there is a good chance it is nothing but I also know I am not enough of a Big Puzzle Guy to solve it if there is anything actually there
I was trying to put the whole thing into the finished cipher from the first riddle but I'm also not super sure I have the cipher right (i used that tool fishman linked but it wasn't made for somebody simple like me)
line 1 is the code number, line 2 is that code number as a letter, line 3 is the decoded letter that the character in the first two lines represents

Virgil has been gifted to death. All existing belongings and debts of Virgil will be transferred to his clone, Virgil Bravo, as soon as he awakes and devours his gelatin growth capsule.
Virgil Prime's obituary, and the details of said phenomenon, will be ready for the public shortly.
The basic gist is some players are the mafia, who know each other, and have to eliminate the villagers. The villagers only know that they're a villager. So it's an uninformed majority versus an informed minority (often with special abilities for players on both sides) to try to oust the mafia.

Virgil’s body was found by family, 5:30 PM clutching a note and camera, inside the pink room of his home. Below are the only details to his death.
Virgil was witnessed spinning around the living room in crazed glee by an excited Raz, upon noticing a mysterious package had been delivered to the house.
Virgil withdrew into said pink room with package. Yena cited strange mutterings of “sssssSecret ssssSatan” being heard from beyond the room’s door. Virgil’s camera seems to reveal the rest of the story.
This package opens to two strange boxes, one intricately wrapped in gold- tagged by a closed note, & one branded with the seal of Japanese cultists. It would seem that Virgil was involved with satanic plans concerning a Kaiju attack on the King of Tokyo.
The closed note seems to identify the sender of the package via some dark riddle of shared history.
The noted golden box was opened by Virgil, revealing a beautiful tin containing devilishly delish pepparkakors.
Investigators suspect Swedish & Japanese collusion in this strange case.
It would seem that this package also contained 4 wondrous “3DS” artifacts of the lost nation of Nintendo.
Theatrhythm, 3D Land, Time Ocarina, Mario Kart- This agent requests all information concerning these wondrous concepts.
The package contained one final item, a box of what our experts call, Swedish Dalecarlia Dala Horse Milk Chocolate Filled with Caramel Truffle.
Virgil seems to have created a shrine of the photographed items, intricately placing each item in some dark ritual, while consuming several of each of the Swedish delicacies.
Existence of said shrine has since disappeared, leaving only the mad grinning corpse of a cultist who I can only assume made some mad joyous pact with entity we know to be the International Secret Satan Cult.
No-one in this strange family seems to be grieving, and this agent requests surveillance to be made on the residence.
This place seems really weird.

the only other thing i can think of is are objects that are depicted twice somehow in the image a la the "presented again" sign.
