Got mine too. Also surprised it was just in a little sleeve thingy. Not overly impressed with it, as I expected it to be heftier. But it's only a cradle, and I find them worthwhile to have, and as I have yet to find anything else to use my coins on, I am pleased with it overall.

I'm half tempted to get the Wii Mini for the red nunchuck and Wii remote combo plus Mario kart, which I dont yet have. I already have a Wii u, an original Wii, and like 6 Wii remotes, only 3 of which have built in remote plus. My justification is to get that 4th plus.

Yeah it comes with a red nunchuck. Come to think of it, I really want a teal blue nunchuck to match one of my controllers. I'm of the opinion the whole Wii U should have gone with that color scheme to separate it from the Wii and match the game cases. Might have turned out like the purple gamecube though and be seen as a negative.

Sad to me that I seem to be in the distinct minority of NA consumers who would like my electronics in colors that are not just boring white or black. I know people want boring black to blend in with the rest of their boring entertainment system, but I would like a little color in my case. I can buy stuff to go over my electronics, but putting my Wii U in a colored rubber suit doesn't have the same satisfying feeling as just having a brightly colored console.

Nice blue 3DSXL cradle came in today. Checked my CN account and yep, they deducted 500 coins from me. I like it. It makes a nice clicking sound when it locks on to charge. Taking it out is even easier.

I'd buy that in a heartbeat. We got the Galaxy soundtrack as well so I guess it isn't totally out of the question that we're getting this.
With Professor Layton today, the Zelda 3DS XL next week, Mario 3D World the week after and Bravely Default the week after that I'll be up to 8000 stars so I can probably afford pretty much anything.
If only there was anything I'd want to buy
