Okay, real talk?
Ross is getting scary good at Sierra games.
@Rubycat: I feel where you're coming from, but it makes sense doesn't it? What else do you have at that time that could do anything against the snowman?
User name Alazull on Steam, PSN, Nintenders, Epic, etc.
Yeah, Ross has been surprisingly competent for the last couple of episodes of King's Quest. More than once Danny has been like "No Ross that's stu... wait that's actually a good idea. Uh, good job Ross!"
I like how Arin has grown a beard in that tshirt video, presumably to look more "fatherly", but the effect is more "well-dressed hobo". This is exactly why I don't try to grow a beard anymore; it ends up looking exactly like that.
In which Arin doesn't quite realise he's sequence broke the game to the point where he's got absolutely no business being where he is with the items he's got.
Alright and in this next scene all the animals have AIDS.
I got a little excited when I saw your ship.

I wonder how this will compare to Will Wheaton's table top show.
Many more YouTube and NewGrounds personalities, I think. Less actual celebrities. Also, way more uncensored swearing and dick jokes. Depending on the games and personalities they have, it could be a good alternative/comparison to TableTop.
Super Metroid Ep 6: In Which Arin runs back and forth in one hallway for literally seven plus minutes.
They've been doing pretty well in Wind Waker recently though, so it's all good.

I watched the three episodes of Table Flip and I enjoyed them. It seemed a little odd at first, Danny didn't seem like he was in a great mood but the ending haiku stuff was funny.

I was expecting Ross to fuck it up.
He does still manage to fuck up though, they wrote some personalized answer cards, only Ross put a question on one of his answer cards instead by mistake. Other custom cards included "Next time on Game Grumps, more <blank>", "Barry, edit in <blank> and add <blank>", "Danny likes to put <blank> in his <blank>" and "Ross's stupid fucking face that's like, so stupid".
That was all super awesome as fuck.
I do think Suzie was a bit too serious about the whole thing, but I get that someone needs to keep the game moving.

I liked her completely deadpan "I will end you both" when Arin and Ross won't stop bickering.
I'm wondering how much of the gun stuff was scripted; it seemed as though Danny genuinely didn't know what was going on while everyone else did, but that could have been an act.
Suzy's been a guest star on the Game Grumps, the same as Barry. They've not been the hosts of their own segments within the Game Grumps Brand so they just need a couple shows (without Arin and Danny) to hit their own stride and develop their own personas (personae? really personae is the plural?).
Look at the first episodes of Steam Train as Danny and Ross try to riff off of each other and try to sync up.
Danny was lucky in being able to sync up with Arin as quickly as he did when he replaced Jon. He's used to doing this kind of thing, but even then, he was a bit low key and usually agreed with (and still does more often than not) with Arin on things. It could just be Danny's personality though.
Even with how epic Barry is with his edits, he's able to have the luxury of crafting his jokes when he edits things, compared to Danny and Arin putting out jokes on the spot. You can definitely see Barry's evolution from when he was just a stone cold killer in counter strike and unreal tournament to riffing and agonizing in Fortune Street, Tiny Brains and now Cards Against Humanity.
Hopefully they'll play a game that isn't CAH sometime soon.
Because screw CAH. It's one of the few board games I hate more than Monopoly.
I understand that CAH is a pretty simplistic boardgame, but I must champion it as something that has managed to finally bring in my parents and some friends who hate boardgames after 2.5 decades of trying and failing.
I managed to get them to play Ticket to Ride afterwards, and now that they know that games aint Monopoly, Battleship, or LIFE. A few are intrigued to play other games a bit more complex. That's a win if I ever saw one.
CAH is an interesting exercise in psychology. Who laughs the hardest at what, or who tries to take answers seriously, because everyone's playing their throwaways.
One thing I noticed was a real lack of some of the WORST (re: darkest) white cards. Since this show is going through Polaris rather than directly on the GameGrumps channel, and I don't really subscribe to everything under their umbrella, are Polaris generally aiming to be more PG with their content? For a game like CAH, that sort of ruins about 50% of the experience, and when your guests are guys like Danny and Arin, censoring them also brings down the quality of the show, I think. Not that I need f-bombs in my life, or think that they should be everywhere because I think it's cool, or whatever, but some things just work better when there aren't rules stifling their natural states.
Hopefully they'll play a game that isn't CAH sometime soon.

You know what? Nanowrimo's cancelled on account of the world is stupid.

Yeah Suzy said on the subreddit that they cut time to keep it from an hour and a half over three episodes.
