@Rapacity there's a suspicious lack of an "until XXpm/am". How far should I read into that?
It's usually till late, the guys at games laboratory put on more staff last year to compensate. Usually there is a final call to finish games around 10pm, So it usually around 11pm but I will reconfirm with Games Laboratory.

Can we just show up to this or do we need to know know/book before hand??
No bookings, But if you are keen it's good to let us know. Its just so we don't get absolutely blind sided on the day. That way we know if numbers are beginning to swell and can accommodate rather then deal with any big changes last minute.

Had a lot of fun with this last year, should be able to make it along.
Awesome, Looking forward to seeing you. I got a copy of the new smash up expansion on the way. I should have it by next week which is going to be awesome.

Myself and two friends will be attending. We're leaving from Sydney somewhere between 3 and 4 am, so should get there mid afternoon.
Exactly what well bring is probably still up for debate, but games that are pretty much guaranteed to be there:
Betrayal at the house on the hill: for sale! Played twice, perfect condition.
Dead of winter
Sentinels of the Multiverse (complete)
Love letter
Avalon
Cosmic encounter
Terra Mystica
Mansions of madness
Suburbia
Castles of burgundy
T'zolkin
Ax0r, how much do you want for House on Haunted Hill? It's been on my play list for a while, I'm planning to play it at PAX, and if I dig it, I'd be keen to buy from you at the right price.
But at this point I'm flying in, on a plane, on Thursday?
So I'm not really sure what time I've booked. It was around 3-4? Would make it 5-6 by the time I show up?

Depends on where you are. I'm i n far north QLD, and my flight takes about 4 hours, apparently.
Troubleshooter: I haven't really thought about price, to be honest. Maybe 50 bucks or so? That's twenty below retail, which feels reasonable for the condition. I'm open to negotiation though If there's vendors at pax who have it cheaper
It didn't click with my group, and it hasn't gotten to the table in well over a year

Heya, So Games Lab put up a facebook event post 5pm - till 12 so plenty of time. If you are on your own, then come along anyways, we had heaps of people last year make up groups on the fly. Just say hello, introduce yourself and join the fun!
I will be bringing a few of my games so definitely swing by and say hello. Just remember for us QLD'ers we actually lose 1hr coming down due to daylight savings. For me its about 2hr flight from the Gold Coast but the flight is 3hrs due to daylight savings *i.e fly out at 7, get there at 10 but only in the air for 2hrs*

Not long to go now! So pumped.
I broke out Dead of Winter for the first time last night - fantastic game!
Putting a call out right now - LF2M for Dead of Winter.
I'll be tweeting from the road on our trip down (@Ax0r) and we should be a lock to get there no later than 5.
Also, everyone should feel free to come and approach me at the venue - I'll be the guy with the giant Lego bag full of games.
I'm happy for anyone to borrow something and play it Thursday night.
And as I said above, my copy of Betrayal at the House on the Hill is for sale or trade. Make me a reasonable offer.
So I've just learned that my wife *gave away* the biggest strongest bag we've ever had, for some reason.
So I'm no longer marked by a giant lego bag. I now have two large pink bags instead. It's ok. Pink is macho.
I'll be coming, although I may be part zombie with the red eye flight from Darwin! I don't have much room in the suitcase, but I just got my hands on 'The Battle at Kemble's Cascade' and have been itching for a group to try it out.
Looks like I won't make it to the pre PAX event, but if anyone has a spare seat for a game during the con at tabletop free play, tweet me @timeyles. Keen to meet some new folks for boardgames always.
Ax0r, I'm still interested in buying your copy of Betrayal. I've got $40 for it (provided it's in good condition, all pieces present), but if that's too low I understand if you turn me down or go with another offer. Tweet me Friday lunchtime if you're keen to trade or even just play a game or two.
Have fun folks. Out of towners, be sure to venture out and try some non franchised restaurants.

Worth saving a part of the post to list the games people are intending to bring.
I will add more as I think/buy them.
